遣除一切。 心变得堪能，气息的声响如龙吟。 在盛满手掌的容器里，倒入半“布日”的牛奶，撒上适量的红糖粉，揉成肉丸大小的丸子，清晨按时服用，禅定之心的证悟增长，容光焕发，面色白皙，感官清晰，令人愉悦，寿命绵长，能与百名女子行欲。 在盛满手掌的容器里，倒入双份的白糖和野蜂蜜，撒上适量的红糖，加入尽可能多的诃子，每份六种妙药，在三“布日”的酥油中搅拌，蜂蜜、糖、油三者水份分离时，加入药物服用，益处不可思议，难以言说，自身变得如金刚般坚固，结合此长寿药、其他身体和寿命的修法三者，获得如日月般的寿命，如果未成就寿命持明，自生莲师欺骗了后代，坚持七天、十四天、二十一天，也能活到一百岁、二百岁，如法按年按月服用，即使是牙齿脱落、头发变白的老人，也能长出新牙，长出黑发，皱纹消失，肌肉丰满，力气如发疯的大象，身手敏捷如白狮，速度如飞鸟，容光焕发如莲花，证悟圆满，获得暖相，空行母如云般聚集，山精鬼怪、神灵等言听计从，能与世间女子行欲，增上脉气乐空四喜，殊胜共同二者，唉玛吙！ 权杖手药油的配制方法是：在两捧干净的流水中，加入一捧权杖手药粉，加入一捧牛奶熬煮，待水份蒸发后，加入两“布日”的酥油熬煮，加入双份的蜂蜜和糖，水份分离后搅拌，加入适量的红糖，每份加入六种妙药，七天、五天、三天后开始服用，开始时少量，中间适量，最后根据身体状况服用，按年按月服用，控制风脉，调伏拙火，寿命与日月同辉，殊胜的证悟境界显现，遣除所有九种慢性疾病，即使年过百岁，仍有十五岁的容颜，面色红润，力大无穷，将甘露权杖手和珍珠混合，制成丸子。
