长寿丸瓶修法次第。 长寿丸瓶修法次第。 出自《大圆满长寿修法降伏四魔之战役大获全胜》中：长寿丸瓶修法次第。顶礼长寿本尊持明众！未来末劫时，为利如法行持之具缘者，于长寿修法之甚深精要中，书写长寿丸修法，埋藏为伏藏，愿具缘者受用！ 萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 此乃长寿瓶修法，分为前行、正行、后行三部分，次第修持。依此能成就金刚寿命，迅速获得二种成就。萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 初、前行次第分共同与不共二者。共同者如大法会等。不共之前行有三：积聚药物，搓制丸药，准备宝瓶。萨玛雅！ 嘉嘉嘉！ 初、积聚药物分三：根本、助伴、守护。根本有九：生命男精髓石髓，生命女精髓石花，地水精髓盐，地火精髓火镜，地风精髓秃鹫胆，树木精髓母水牛或犏牛油，花朵精髓蜂蜜，树木精髓红糖，果实精髓酒，此为九种。二、助伴有十：殊胜者人肉，咕咕狗肉，姜协马肉，大象牛肉，飞禽鹏肉，具相善知识之尿，具力咒师之大便，具相十六岁女之红花，根本上师父母之紅白菩提心，清净童男女之脑髓，此为十种。三、守护分根本与支分。初、根本守护有十：荔枝，豆蔻，藏红花，竹黄，草果，肉豆蔻，诃子，毗醯勒，余甘子，牛黄，此为十种。二、支分守护有四：丁香，拉摩扎，郁金，甘松，此为四种。如是根本、助伴、守护之集合，根本与支分之比例应协调积聚，且需精通。婆罗门第七世转世之肉，以及莲花生大师父母

In the last of future kalpas, for the sake of the fortunate ones who practice according to the Dharma, in the profound essence of the Longevity Sadhana, the method of accomplishing the longevity pill is written and buried as a treasure. May those with karmic connections benefit from it! Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! This is the longevity vase sadhana, which is divided into three parts: preliminary, main practice, and concluding practice, to be practiced in sequence. By this, one can accomplish the vajra life and quickly attain the two siddhis. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! First, the preliminary order has two aspects: common and uncommon. The common is like a great sadhana gathering. The uncommon preliminaries are three: accumulating substances, rolling pills, and preparing the vase. Samaya! Gya Gya Gya! First, accumulating substances has three aspects: root, companion, and protector. The root has nine: the essence of male existence, shilajit; the essence of female existence, rock honey; the essence of water element, salt; the essence of fire element, fire crystal; the essence of wind element, vulture bile; the essence of resin, buffalo or yak butter; the essence of flower, honey; the essence of wood, brown sugar; the essence of fruit, alcohol, these are nine. Second, the companions have ten: supreme human flesh, kuku dog flesh, Jiangxie horse flesh, elephant cow flesh, winged Garuda flesh, urine of a qualified spiritual friend, feces of a powerful mantra practitioner, menstrual blood of a qualified sixteen-year-old girl, white and red bodhicitta of the root guru parents, brains of pure young boys and girls, these are ten. Third, the protectors are divided into root and branch. First, the root protectors have ten: lychee, cardamom, saffron, bamboo yellow, amomum, nutmeg, haritaki, vibhitaki, amalaki, bezoar, these are ten. Second, the branch protectors have four: clove, ramozha, turmeric, jatamansi, these are four. Thus, the collection of root, companion, and protector substances should be skillfully accumulated in harmonious proportions of root and branch.
