Śrī āḥ Vajra Ratna Padma Karma Rakṣa Rakṣa. One should know the procedure of the ritual and the method of application in general. If sentient beings have different inclinations, Whatever methods of benefit the Buddhas have taught, To strive for that is the straight path, Why seek a saltwater well like this? As time passes, it gets worse and worse, The stain of broken vows obscures the blessings of the Dharma. If not connected to the key points of generation and completion, but done haphazardly, What benefit is achieved by such frivolous writing? The donor's knot of stinginess is harder than rock, The lama's offerings, arrogance, and attachment are mightier than rock. Outer and inner supports, offering clouds like rainbows, Won't the result be falling into the realm of pretas? Accumulating the two accumulations, merit remains behind, Deep recitations and practices are considered unimportant. Opening the door to the treasure of greedy desires, Won't one walk the path of great poverty? Even so, because the words of the holy ones are heavy, Whatever arises in the mind is written down. May all the decline of the vessel and its contents be pacified by this virtue, And may the glory of a perfect age dawn after pacification!.
