空行母猪面，以慈爱之索束缚，行事业猪面百万围绕。供养赞颂，誓言圆满。誓言圆满之誓物是：甘露药与红血，颅器朵玛圆满誓言。食物会供与人肉块，大肉烟供与浓油火，颅鼓腿骨号乐器等，内外供品圆满物，南方门母誓言。（重复）誓言圆满无有障碍，圆满赐予灌顶与成就。吽！ 西方空行母狗面，以喜悦之铁钩束缚，行事业狗面百万围绕。供养赞颂，誓言圆满。誓言圆满之誓物是：甘露药与红血，颅器朵玛圆满誓言。食物会供与人肉块，大肉烟供与浓油火，颅鼓腿骨号乐器等，内外供品圆满物，西方门母誓言圆满。誓言圆满无有障碍，圆满赐予灌顶与成就。吽！ 北方空行母枭面，以平等之铃摄持，行事业枭面百万围绕。供养赞颂，誓言圆满。誓言圆满之誓物是：甘露药与红血，颅器朵玛圆满誓言。食物会供与人肉块，大肉烟供与浓油火，颅鼓腿骨号乐器等，内外供品圆满物，北方门母誓言圆满。誓言圆满遣除障碍，圆满赐予灌顶与成就。 之后，手持大肉之烟供等尸林供品，以舞步绕行，于嗔怒悔恨之强烈信心中，作此忏悔： 吽！三身空行母，广大百万之主，降伏魔众空行母，事业之大自在母。身色种种各异显现，发髻深黑，高耸蓝冠。从莲花中赐予成就，狮面空行母眷属垂念。我从无始时来，因无明而迷惑，因业力之故，于六道轮回中漂泊。取血肉之网身，经历有生。于恶时五浊之世我降生，上师金刚王所摄受，依止智慧空行母，违背誓言。

Northern Dakini with an owl face, subduing with the bell of equanimity, surrounded by a million action-performing owl faces. We offer and praise, fulfilling the vows. The substances for fulfilling the vows are: nectar, medicine, and red blood, skull-cup torma fulfilling the vows. Food offerings and human flesh pieces, great meat smoke offering and thick oil fire, skull drum, thighbone trumpet, musical instruments, etc., with outer and inner offering substances, the Northern Gatekeeper's vows are fulfilled. Fulfilling the vows, dispel obstacles, fulfilling bestowing empowerment and accomplishment. Then, holding the great meat smoke offering and other charnel ground offering substances in hand, circumambulating with dance steps, in a state of intense remorse and regret, recite this confession: Hung! Mistress of the vast million of Three Kayas Dakinis, Dakini who subdues demons, great sovereign of action. Displaying various body colors, hair dark brown, with a high blue crest. From beginningless time, I have been deluded by ignorance, due to the power of karma, wandering in the six realms of samsara. Taking a body of flesh and blood network, passing through existence. In this degenerate age of evil times I was born, taken by the Guru Vajra King, relying on the wisdom Dakini, breaking the vows.

扬！无始罪障业力所压迫，为无明障蔽所迷惑，未能了悟自心为三身空行母，为无明执着所束缚，我坦白忏悔。智慧空行母，法界自性，世间空行母，护持教法之神，事业空行母，大乐无有分离，未能以血肉誓物会供圆满，初八、十五、三十之时供养中断，未能依凭手印，未证四喜之面目，根本支分誓言守护之界限，因无明之故，所积一切罪堕，祈请智慧空行母众宽恕，祈请事业空行母众宽恕，祈请世间空行母众宽恕，祈请宽恕之后，赐予清净。如是念诵，无念修持也。唉玛！修复和圆满破损，遣除障碍，赐予成就。因此造作圆满次第，获得无量利益能力，空行母如身与影般相伴，平息障碍，成为助伴，无论做何事业，皆无碍成就。因此，请受用吧！印！萨玛雅！印印印！宝印！秘密印！隐藏印！交付印！萨玛雅！印印印！流浪僧尼玛扎巴从黄纸上抄录。吉祥！ 降伏魔军空行母之圆满。

Wisdom Dakini, the very nature of Dharmadhatu, Worldly Dakini, the deity who protects the teachings, Karma Dakini, great bliss without separation, Not having completed the gathering with flesh and blood samaya substances, The offerings of the eighth, fifteenth, and thirtieth days are broken, Not relying on mudras, not recognizing the face of the Four Joys, The boundaries of the root and branch samayas that are to be protected, Due to the power of ignorance, whatever sins and downfalls have been accumulated, I beseech the assembly of Wisdom Dakinis to forgive, I beseech the assembly of Karma Dakinis to forgive, I beseech the assembly of Worldly Dakinis to forgive, Having beseeched forgiveness, grant purity.
