From the cycle of the Great Perfection Guru, the Complete Teaching, the Fulfillment of the Subjugator of Demons, Dakini, is present. Homage to the Great Glorious Heruka! For the fortunate ones of future times, in solitary and pure places that are pleasing, or in places where the mamos and dakinis gather, in dwelling places, charnel grounds, and so forth, if afflicted by illness or threatened by demons, oppressed by defilements or struck by epidemics, or if the offerings to the dakinis are neglected, and so forth, if the fortunate ones who practice the Dharma are interrupted by unfavorable conditions, the mandala should be properly arranged, medicine, torma, rakta, and eye-offerings should be displayed, the implements for the gana assembly should be gathered, zal le should be written and the sky should be flown, flesh with excellent marks and qualities, abundant meat, incense smoke, and abundant butter lamps, the sound of the thighbone trumpet and skull drum should be proclaimed, with the samadhi of the three clarities, the foundation of the activity should be straightened, the practice should be nourished, and a strong aspiration to make amends for deficiencies should be generated. With a melodious voice, say this: Hūṃ! From the palace of Akanishta Dharmadhatu, the mother who gives birth to all Buddhas, Dharmakaya Samantabhadri, surrounded by the retinue of Dharmakaya deities of the past, future, and present, we fulfill and offer, we fulfill the samaya. The samaya substances for fulfilling the samaya are nectar, medicine, and red rakta. With baling tormas, we fulfill the samaya. Food offerings and human flesh, abundant meat, incense smoke, and abundant butter lamps, skull drums, thighbone trumpets, musical instruments, and so forth, with the outer and inner offering substances of fulfillment, we fulfill the samaya of the Dharmakaya deities. Hūṃ! From the realm of the Sambhogakaya of Khechara, the chief of the dakinis of the wisdom realm, Sambhogakaya Vajravarahi, surrounded by the retinue of Sambhogakaya deities of the past, future, and present, we fulfill and offer, we fulfill the samaya. The samaya substances for fulfilling the samaya are nectar, medicine, and red rakta. With baling tormas, we fulfill the samaya. Food offerings and human flesh, abundant meat, incense smoke, and abundant butter lamps, skull drums, thighbone trumpets, musical instruments, and so forth, with the outer and inner offering substances of fulfillment, we fulfill the samaya of the Sambhogakaya deities. Hūṃ! From the palace of Oddiyana in the west, the chief of all mamos and dakinis, Nirmanakaya Subjugator of Demons, Lion-faced Dakini, surrounded by the retinue of Nirmanakaya deities of the past, future, and present, the samaya substances for fulfilling the samaya are nectar, medicine, and red rakta.
