Having generated bliss, blend it with the pure realm of reality, Then draw it inward, stir it left and right, up and down, Recognize the bliss, focus your mind on the crown of your head, Exhale, arch your head back, press your tongue against your palate, Raise your eyebrows towards the sky, look upwards with your eyes, Repeat this three times, and there will be no obstacles to guidance. Then hold your breath, rotate your abdomen and waist three times each, Expel impurities outwards with seven small releases, Practice guidance, sealing, and wheel-turning as before. These are the preliminaries for entering another's body, If your own body is not strong enough to handle it, If you rely on another's body due to the power of afflictions, Then you are a forerunner of the three lower realms, Constantly tormented by intense and prolonged suffering. For practitioners of middling capacity, the holding of breath is: When bliss increases and the essence is about to be released, Let the lower breath be natural and exhale the upper breath, Visualize the green "DA" of the breath in the sky, Focus breath, mind, and awareness on it, Stop the practice and you can sustain it by maintaining it for a long time. Guidance is holding the breath, drawing the abdomen inward, Stretch awareness like a tent, accumulate breath like in a vase, Rotate the abdomen and waist slowly, five, three, or seven times, Make a "Ha" sound and connect the abdomen to the back.
