However, in the far end of the future five hundred years, the stupas and temples that nourish the land's essence will decline. The collective non-virtue of sentient beings will ripen, causing the white-sided deities and spirits to separate, and the black side to flourish. At that time, gods and demons will engage in fierce jealousy and conflict. Therefore, the essential Samaya of the land is extremely important; practice it properly in the future. Sa-ma-ya! First, the Khenpo who seeks the land should possess learning and contemplation, have direct guidance and correct wisdom, be content with little desire, and be free from hypocrisy and inversion. If it is not like this, but inverted, oneself and others will experience suffering in this life and the next. Therefore, a qualified Khenpo is essential. Second, abandoning the faults of the land: If the eastern mountain is high, it harms life force; if the southern mountain is like backing each other, it causes enmity; if the western mountain is tilted, it is inauspicious; if it is very tilted, diseases and evil spirits will increase; if the northern mountain collapses, wealth will be poor and obscure; even if it collapses slightly, the future will be short. If the path of the sun and moon is narrow, merit is small. If the mountains and valleys of the four directions are reversed east and west, the people will rebel and oppress the ruler. If the tip of the road in the northwest pierces, it will cause enmity and evil spirits.
