Smeared with ashes and adorned with bones, riding on a raven that knows how to fly, dispatching six hundred thousand mamos as messengers, and manifesting as a dense cloud of disease. Outside of that, from the complete transformation of the four letters "HUM HUM HUM HUM," arise the executors of the four actions of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities, the raven-faced attendants, each holding a sword and a skull cup filled with blood in their right and left hands. All the ornaments and attire are the same as the main deity, the light of ferocity radiating from the body in all directions, possessing the splendor of a million suns, and the ascetic whose mere flapping of vajra wings and feet can reduce the three realms to dust, surrounded by countless mamos, Yamas, demons, and fierce yakshas. Visualize that all the deities, clearly marked with OM (Tibetan: ཨཱོཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम्, Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Om) at their crowns, AH (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: आः, Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Ah) at their throats, and HUM (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hum) at their hearts, radiate light in ten directions, and merely touching the black protector with the raven face, they remember their previous strict vows, and instantly generate all retinue, emanations, further emanations, servants, and maids. A deity emanated from the realm of Dharma, The life-breath of the armies of the gods, A deity who repels the battle of the Asuras, Great Black One with a Vajra face, I prostrate and praise you with your retinue! Hum! In the first of the previous aeons, In the charnel ground of Shivala Grove, At the root of the black funeral tree, The teacher Padmasambhava with a skull garland, According to the command, placed the Vajra on his head, Remember the strong oath, Accept the Torma of red flesh and blood, For the enemies of the doctrine who possess the ten fields, And the private enemies of the Vidyadhara yogis, I entrust you, Dharma protector, This is your karmic share, kill them now! Take the proof of killing, the essence of mind, This is your food share, eat it now! Throw away the leftovers without a trace, Tear down the accumulation of white virtue, Seize the ripening of bad karma with a lasso, Put them in the mouth of the Lord of Death, Yama, Now destroy the life-castle from its foundation, Now take away the life, the support, Cut off the back of the neck and snatch the face light, Blow out the breath from the mouth and extract the essence of mind, Come and drink the warm blood of the heart, Enjoy the assembly of flesh, blood, and senses, Do not quibble about the law of cause and effect, Do not establish proof in the empty space, Do not plant time in the next life, Even if delayed for years and months, If you do not kill them day and night, The Great Black One will break the oath, And will be burned by the blazing Vajra, Therefore, without transgressing the oath, Remember the previous oath, Come and cut off the root of the lineage, Come and send the seven generations into the wind, Throw the nine kinds of inauspicious and ruinous gatherings there, Scatter the enemies of the doctrine like ashes, Accomplish the entrusted task! Saying this, offer the Torma of flesh and blood, For that enemy who harbors hatred, If he is very stubborn, then within seven days, Practice this great Dharma protector, Until the sign of the enemy's submission appears, Recite this secret essence.
