祈请！我乃无明愚痴者，身语意功德事业之，违犯过失忏悔，弥补所损，消除所缺，请勿从法界降下惩罚！凡是违背您心意之处，祈请黑尊及其眷属宽恕！向您托付事业是，瑜伽士我等及其眷属，请延寿、增福、增威权，成办福德、名声、美誉，使眷属与受用增广，收摄人与非人为眷属，将仇敌、魔障、鬼神化为灰尘，止息疾病，遣除灾难，延缓死亡，转变障碍，止息灾祸，增益牲畜财富，养育小鬼，诛杀小祟，护持寺庙，弘扬佛法，守护房产、财物，成为寿命宝藏，祈愿托付的事业得以成就！如是念诵，守护事业之究竟，若作依仗食子，则置于首要处，如往年一般供养酬补，成为怙主与同伴，若作酬补食子，则降临于顶上，一切障碍皆得清净，若作诛杀食子，则遣送至敌方，猛厉作迎请、呼唤、摇动，使所指之仇敌毁灭，若作修法食子，则于坛城前，恒时供养，念诵酬补，萨玛雅！（藏文：ས་མ་ཡཱ།，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言）嘉嘉嘉！（藏文：རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ།） 宝藏印！（藏文：གཏེར་རྒྱ།） 秘密印！（藏文：སྦས་རྒྱ།） 交付印！（藏文：གཏད་རྒྱ།） 萨玛雅！（藏文：ས་མ་ཡཱ།，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言）嘉嘉嘉！（藏文：རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ།） 此乃自生班德于芒域强巴斯请来。

I beseech! I am one with ignorance and delusion. I confess and regret any deficiencies, breakages, contradictions, or errors in body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. Restore what is damaged, and dissolve what is broken. Please do not send punishment from the realm of space! For all that is contrary to your heart, I ask for forgiveness for the Black One and his retinue! Entrusting activities to you means that we yogis and our retinues will have our lives extended, our glory increased, and our power expanded. Accomplish fortune, fame, and renown. Increase our retinues and enjoyments. Subjugate humans and non-humans. Turn enemies, obstacles, and spirits into dust. Cut off diseases and turn back misfortunes. Postpone death and transform obstacles. Cut off calamities and increase livestock and wealth. Nourish the Sriu spirits and kill the Chung Sri. Protect the monasteries and spread the Dharma. Protect the houses and possessions, and be a treasure of life. May the entrusted activities be accomplished! By saying this, protect the ultimate of the activity. If making a reliance torma, keep it in the most important place. Make offerings and fulfillments as in previous years. You will become a protector and companion. If making a fulfillment torma, descend upon the crown of the head. All obstacles will be purified. If making a killing torma, send it to the enemy's side. Vigorously perform the invitation, calling, and waving. May the targeted enemy be destroyed.
