噫！措嘉（མཚོ་རྒྱལ）执着深重，未来众生短命愚昧，精进微弱且为懈怠所惑，密咒未成熟之时，受用繁杂之际，广为开示诀窍之法，大圆满秘密心髓，与我心子相遇，彼亦如法修持，则能脱离寿命险境，成就光身。于圣地东北方，形似鹏鸟之山脚下，当阳土马年到来之际，建立十三修行处时，多康（མདོ་ཁམས）六岗之地，将出现一百零八密咒修行处，显现心要之义之日，树立千年教法之胜幢。若因誓言厉鬼邪魔之障碍，导致内外缘起衰败，则于天与地如半月形之山谷，于形似国王大臣聚会之山前，建立身语意之神殿，以及七众修行之人，以彼缘起之善妙，八位获得成就之人，以此法解脱并成就佛陀。最后于圣地持有明觉，名为光明宝吉祥之人，将此法传于三人，南宁（ནམ་སྙིང་）策芒（རྩེ་མང་）为益西（ཡེ་ཤེས་）之化身，未满十三代人之前，将有三十九位获得成就，于此法弘扬之时，于形似毒蛇蜿蜒之山脊上，将生出三根枯木，无论发生断裂、争斗、摇动、倾倒或折断，无论发生何事，皆应善观征兆并善于弘扬。于马年、猴年、鼠年、猪年、狗年，于年月星宿时辰之际，以白色、黄色、红色、绿色、蓝色之手印供养，将有唤醒业缘之有缘者到来。此乃弘扬佛法之内外征兆，严守秘密并秘密弘扬。萨玛雅（藏文：ས་མ་ཡཱ，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言），印印印，宝藏印，隐藏印，秘密印，甚深印，萨玛雅（藏文：ས་མ་ཡཱ，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：誓言），卡唐（藏文：ཁ་ཐཾ，梵文天城体：खातं，梵文罗马拟音：khātaṃ，汉语字面意思：完成），印印印。此乃由我乞丐班从康（ཁམས）色庆莫宗（སྲིང་མོ་རྫོང་）迎请并抄写于黄纸之上。芒嘎拉姆（藏文：མངྒ་ལཾ，梵文天城体：मङ्गलम्，梵文罗马拟音：maṅgalam，汉语字面意思：吉祥）！ ！

Emaho! As TsoGyal (མཚོ་རྒྱལ) is deeply attached, and future beings are short-lived and ignorant, with little diligence and distracted by laziness, at a time when secret mantras have not matured, and when enjoyment and busyness are great, this Dharma of openly teaching experiential instructions, this heart essence of Dzogchen's secret, will meet with one of my heart sons. If he also practices it properly, he will be freed from the dangers of life and accomplish the rainbow body. In the northeast of the sacred place, at the foot of a mountain resembling a garuda bird, when the Earth Male Horse year dawns, when thirteen practice centers are established, in the six regions of Dokham (མདོ་ཁམས), one hundred and eight secret mantra practice centers will arise, the sun of the essential meaning will dawn, and the victory banner of the thousand-year teaching will be held. If that outer and inner interdependence is harmed by the obstacles of oath-breaking spirits and demons, then in a valley where the sky and earth are like a half-moon, in front of a mountain resembling a gathering of kings and ministers, establish a temple of body, speech, and mind, and a community of seven practitioners. Through the auspiciousness of that interdependence, eight individuals will attain siddhis, and through this Dharma, they will be liberated and attain Buddhahood. Finally, in that place, the holder of awareness, named Radiant Ratna Pal, will transmit this Dharma to three individuals. Namnying Tsemang (ནམ་སྙིང་རྩེ་མང་) is an emanation of Yeshe (ཡེ་ཤེས་). Before thirteen generations are complete, there will be thirty-nine who attain siddhis. As a sign of the time when this Dharma is spread, on a mountain ridge resembling a writhing poisonous snake, three dry trees will sprout. Whatever happens—cracking, fighting, shaking, collapsing, or breaking—one should skillfully observe the signs and skillfully propagate the Dharma. In the years of the Horse, Monkey, Rat, Pig, and Dog, at the times of months, constellations, and hours, with hand gestures of white, yellow, red, green, and blue, fortunate ones who awaken their karmic connections will come.
