从坛城中，赐予念诵圆满之传承成就； 从无生无灭、离戏之心坛城中，赐予如来正觉之成就； 从显有自净之宫殿坛城中，赐予解脱能取所取之功德成就； 从祈愿圆满、五毒自解脱中，赐予六道轮回彻底清净之成就； 我从往昔无始轮回以来，误入歧途，堕入有之牢狱； 如梦一般，经历六道轮回之生处，为无数难以忍受之痛苦所折磨； 如今我已厌倦，发出痛苦之哀嚎，请以慈悲垂念，佛陀薄伽梵； 请发出慈爱之力，以慈悲之铁钩钩住我，不要漫不经心、懈怠放任； 当此生寿命耗尽之时，迅速得见七种琉璃净土； 与祈愿相应者，迅速得见，获得殊胜圣者佛陀之果位； 愿能救度父母六道众生脱离轮回； 如是接受四灌顶，并以祈愿作结； 再次以刹那圆满之忆念，观想自身由五光组成，头顶上方显现本尊坛城； 以虔诚之心，忆念于心，持诵真言，与睡眠相融； 彼时将获得圣者之加持； 修法圆满后，接受灌顶，享用供品； 观想本尊融入自身，一切成就皆得显现； 进行送赞，或将智慧融入供品； 随心所欲享用，并将供品作为护身符佩戴； 如仪轨般供养护法，遣送诸神； 唉玛！愿进入此道之众生，从根拔除难以净化的罪业与堕落； 愿习气、身缚得以解脱，得见清净刹土； 勿失持名、持咒、禅定； 愿与具缘之子相遇； 教敕之护法天神与夜叉，将此伏藏之守护重任交付于可靠之人； 务必守护此伏藏，班杂萨玛雅（藏文，བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ，梵文天城体，वज्र समय，梵文罗马拟音，vajra samaya，金刚誓言）！ 嘉（藏文，རྒྱ，梵文天城体，，梵文罗马拟音，，胜利）！伏藏印！封印！深印！萨玛雅（藏文，ས་མ་ཡཱ，梵文天城体，समय，梵文罗马拟音，samaya，誓言）！印印印！ 康巴·尼玛扎巴于圣地克朗塘卓玛或称郭萨拉，于铁马年（1990）七月十日从伏藏中取出，并由措嘉之手书翻译，吉祥圆满！

From the mandala, grant the accomplishment of the perfected recitation lineage; From the mandala of the unborn, free from elaboration mind, grant the accomplishment of the Tathagata Buddha; From the palace mandala of self-purified appearance and existence, grant the accomplishment of qualities that completely liberate grasping and fixation; From the fulfillment of aspiration and the self-liberation of the five poisons, grant the accomplishment of completely purifying the six realms of samsara; From beginningless samsara in the past, I have strayed onto wrong paths and fallen into the prison of existence; Like a dream, I have passed through the birthplaces of the six realms, tormented by countless unbearable sufferings; Now I am weary and cry out in anguish, please have compassion, Buddha Bhagavan; Exert the power of love, seize me with the iron hook of compassion, do not be indifferent, negligent, or lazy; As soon as the lifespan of this life is exhausted, may I quickly see the seven pure lands of Vaidurya; May I quickly see those who are connected to the aspiration, and attain the supreme state of the noble victorious ones; May I liberate my parents and the six realms of beings from samsara; Thus, receive the four empowerments and conclude with aspirations; Again, with the instantaneous perfection of mindfulness, visualize your body as being composed of five lights, and above your head, the assembly of deities manifestly arises as before; With devotion, keep them in mind, recite the dharani in your mind, and blend it with sleep; At that time, you will receive the blessings of the noble ones; After the practice is completed, receive empowerment, and enjoy the substances of accomplishment; Visualize the assembly of deities dissolving into light and merging into yourself, and all accomplishments manifesting; Perform the farewell praise, or infuse wisdom into the substances; Use them as you please, and carry the substances of accomplishment as a protective amulet; Offer to the Dharma protectors and treasure protectors, and send away the deities according to the text; Ema! May all beings who enter this path uproot the difficult-to-purify sins and downfalls from their roots; May the habitual tendencies and the bonds of the body be dissolved, and may they see the pure realms; Do not lose mindfulness, mantra recitation, and samadhi; May you meet with sons who have karmic connections; The Dharma protectors, gods, and yakshas, entrust the responsibility of protecting this treasure to reliable individuals; Be sure to protect this treasure, Vajra Samaya (藏文，བཛྲ་ས་མ་ཡ，梵文天城体，वज्र समय，梵文罗马拟音，vajra samaya，金刚誓言)!
