Among the lineage of kings, the land of great trees, etc., This is the key to obtaining a body capable of benefiting sentient beings. This is called the action of the three lineages. Pray to be born into a Dharma-rich family. The third bardo, the method to prevent entering the womb is: At the time when the bardo parents are copulating, At the time of the four empowerments, visualize the Guru as Father and Mother, Remember the bliss-emptiness Dharmakaya. Without generating jealousy and envy, One will go to the realm of the Dakinis. Study and meditate on these instructions of the bardo now. During these two bardo periods, Maintain strong mindfulness and concentration, without distraction. Do not tell others, keep it secret.
