我已证得大主尊的果位， 圆满了殊胜的二资粮， 拥有成办他利之重任的， 智慧、慈悲和能力之力， 如同诸佛菩萨一般。 我们这些极其不幸的藏人， 尤为时势衰败所困扰， 若不以大悲心施以援手， 难道忘记了金刚誓言和真实语吗？ 从今直至菩提果之间， 身命受用供养于您。 心、意、胸，三者交付于您，母亲。 从内心发出哀切的呼唤，至尊母！ 对于具信者，不以慈悲欺骗的， 拥有智慧、慈悲和能力，如您之真实语。 即便再三祈请，却毫无结果，令人灰心， 请您格外慈悲我这不幸之人。 我被恶业和烦恼的波涛所搅动， 被疾病、邪魔和障碍的包围。 即便一心皈依您这位至尊怙主， 难道您的大悲心，连一丝的救助都没有吗？ 拥有自在的您们，是慈悲的本体， 虽具有殊胜大悲的力量， 唉！像我和我一样的恶业众生， 难道您真的会慈悲地舍弃我们吗？ 往昔，在这雪域黑暗的深渊里， 咕噜（莲花生大士）父（莲花生大士）母（益西措嘉）您们亲自降临， 为具缘调伏之众所围绕， 甚深密咒的修证如太阳般明亮。 如今，这一切都已成为历史， 我深深地敬仰至尊父（莲花生大士）母（益西措嘉）， 即便想一心一意地效仿， 但末法时代的污浊，人与非人众生， 轻贱恩德，以致这片土地， 黑暗势力强大，疾病、刀兵、贫困众多。 藏人众生，唉！真是可怜。 请您看看这些追随您的人们的处境！ 至尊父（莲花生大士）母（益西措嘉）安住在莲花光（铜色吉祥山）中， 我们却因地域和时运，沉溺于这恶业之中。 即便以强烈的悲痛祈祷， 虽然您的智慧观照不会欺骗， 但因自身恶业遮蔽， 如同口渴之人追逐海市蜃楼一般， 心中若得不到一丝的安慰， 又怎能期望您以慈悲的目光垂视呢？ 在此，我随心所欲地说出悲痛之语， 如同婴儿的哭声一般， 至尊父（莲花生大士）母（益西措嘉）

Having reached the end of the great Lord, Having completely perfected the two extraordinary accumulations, The strength of wisdom, love, and ability to bear the burden of others' benefit, Just like all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. We Tibetans, who are extremely unfortunate, Especially afflicted by the decline of the times, If you do not breathe out with great compassion, Have you forgotten the Vajra vow and the words of truth? From now until reaching the essence of enlightenment, I offer my body, life, and possessions to you as a gathering. I entrust my mind, heart, and chest to you, Mother. From the depths of my heart, I cry out, O venerable Lady! For those who have faith, your compassion does not deceive, According to your words of truth, possessing wisdom, love, and power. Even though I urge you again and again, it is fruitless and disheartening, Please be especially compassionate to me, an unfortunate one. I am agitated by the waves of evil karma and afflictions, Enveloped in a cocoon of harm from diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles. Even though I have single-mindedly turned my mind to you, the supreme refuge, I wonder if there is even a little relief from your compassion. To you, the masters of power, the embodiment of compassion, Although you possess the power of extraordinary great compassion, Alas! Is it possible that you would compassionately abandon me and others like me with evil karma? In the past, in this dark abyss of the snowy land, Guru (Padmasambhava) Father (Padmasambhava) and Mother (Yeshe Tsogyal) you personally resided, Surrounded by a gathering of fortunate beings to be tamed, The realization of profound secret mantras was as clear as the sun. Now, all of that has become just history, I deeply admire the venerable Father (Padmasambhava) and Mother (Yeshe Tsogyal), Even if I want to emulate them single-mindedly, The turbidity of the degenerate age, humans and non-human beings, Despise kindness, so that this land also, The dark forces are strong, and there are many diseases, weapons, and poverty. Tibetan sentient beings, alas! How pitiful. Please look at the situation of those who follow you! The venerable Father (Padmasambhava) and Mother (Yeshe Tsogyal) reside in the Lotus Light (Copper-Colored Mountain of Glory), We are trapped in this evil karma due to region and time. Even though we pray with intense longing, Although your wisdom vision does not deceive, But because our own evil karma obscures us, Like a thirsty person chasing after a mirage, If we do not receive even a little comfort in our hearts, How can we expect you to look upon us with compassionate eyes? Here, I speak the words of grief as they arise, Like the cries of a child, The venerable Father (Padmasambhava) and Mother (Yeshe Tsogyal)
