應當放置觀修。徵兆出現後，將面前的佛和菩薩全部融入妙音天女。觀想妙音天女化為丸藥的形狀，然後用輪寶包裹丸藥，掛在脖子上。每天早上吃一顆丸藥。功德是，如果依仗咒語的力量，就能獲得不忘陀羅尼等，如經文所說。依靠藥物，就能成就服食精華等的需求。丸藥對於懷柔和神通等的效用，在經文中已經闡明。丸藥的大小如豌豆一般。顏色方面，增長智慧用黃色，息災用白色，增長用黃色，懷柔用紅色。形狀方面，息災用圓扁形，懷柔用半月形，增長用四方形。在星宿吉日、上弦下弦、南船座，以及星期四、火星、星期一、金星的時候修持，據說會很好。這是當在八蚌寺（དཔལ་སྤུངས་，位于四川省甘孜藏族自治州德格县）圖丹卻科林寺的拉章（བླ་བྲང་，指寺院中地位较高僧侣的住所）大量修持妙音天女丸藥時，匯集多種古籍的精華，由蔣揚噶哇多傑（འཇམ་དཔལ་དགྱེས་པའི་རྡོ་རྗེ། ）在繞迥（藏曆的一個週期的名稱）火馬年五月一日書寫。無論是誰修持此法，都能獲得廣大的成就。吉祥！ ༈ 從神聖的印度經文中說：咒語念誦二十一遍，就能獲得不忘陀羅尼。念誦一千遍，就能精通所有聲音。念誦一萬遍，每天就能記住五千頌（梵文，śloka，頌），並且能生起神通，知曉他人的心，對於所有文字的種類，都能毫無阻礙地了解。對於聲音和所有論典，都能如佛所說般地創作。最終能獲得土地的自在。如是說。如果將丸藥視為四大天王，就能與智慧文殊金剛和所有佛陀平等。如果將丸藥視為妙音天女，就能前往佛土。如果將丸藥視為日月，就能憶起前世。如果將丸藥視為光明，就能精通梵語等四種語言。光明、煙霧、鼓聲，海螺聲、日月升起，種植花朵、耕田，飲用墨水、感到快樂，書寫閱讀文字，以及生起神通等，都是智慧增長的徵兆。

It should be placed for contemplation. When signs appear, dissolve all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in front into Saraswati. Visualize Saraswati transforming into the form of pills, then wrap the pills with a wheel and hang them around your neck. Eat one pill every morning. The benefit is that if you rely on the power of mantra, you will obtain the Dharani of Unforgettable Memory, etc., as stated in the scriptures. By relying on substances, you will accomplish the need for consuming essences, etc. The effectiveness of the pills for subjugation and clairvoyance, etc., has been clarified in the scriptures. The size of the pills is about the size of a pea. In terms of color, yellow is for increasing wisdom, white is for pacifying, yellow is for increasing, and red is for subjugation. In terms of shape, round and flat for pacifying, crescent-shaped for subjugation, and square for increasing. It is said to be good to practice during auspicious constellations, waxing and waning moons, the constellation of the Southern Boat, and on Thursdays, Mars, Mondays, and Venus. This is when Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo (Jamyang Khyentse Wangpo) compiled the essence of various ancient texts when a large number of Saraswati pills were practiced at the Labrang (the residence of high-ranking monks in a monastery) of Palpung Thubten Chokhor Ling Monastery (in Derge County, Garze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province). Jamyang Gyepai Dorje wrote this on the 1st day of the 5th month of the Fire Horse year of the Rabjung (a cycle in the Tibetan calendar). Whoever practices this will obtain great accomplishments. May there be auspiciousness! ༈ From the sacred Indian scriptures: If the mantra is recited twenty-one times, one will obtain the Dharani of Unforgettable Memory. If recited a thousand times, one will master all sounds. If recited ten thousand times, one will be able to memorize five thousand shlokas (Sanskrit, śloka, verse) each day, and clairvoyance will arise, knowing the minds of others, and one will understand all kinds of letters without hindrance. One will be able to compose sounds and all treatises as the Buddha said. Eventually, one will obtain dominion over the land. Thus it is said. If one sees the pills as the Four Great Kings, one will become equal to Wisdom Manjushri Vajra and all Buddhas. If one sees the pills as Saraswati, one will go to the Buddha-field. If one sees the pills as the sun and moon, one will remember past lives. If one sees the pills as light, one will master four languages such as Sanskrit. Light, smoke, the sound of drums, the sound of conch shells, the rising of the sun and moon, planting flowers, plowing fields, drinking ink, feeling happy, writing and reading letters, and the arising of clairvoyance are all signs of increasing wisdom.

欲求何者。如是云。若然具有业缘者，一日即可成就。若修持三日，纵无业缘亦能成就。若未生起成就之征兆，则观自身为妙音天女。于前方观修文殊。女轮于上男轮于下。以古古律香之烟熏之。以此智慧迅速成就。修法圆满之翌日，至翌日二十一日，于空腹之时，各吞服一丸。其余丸药于二轮之间含之。置于陶制嘎乌盒中。陈设供品云。智慧增长且成甘露。如是说。吉祥！校对者敬献润资。 文殊语狮子修法，智慧之旭日。

Whatever you desire. Thus it is said. If there is karmic connection, it will be accomplished in one day. If you practice for three days, it will be accomplished even without karmic connection. If the signs of accomplishment do not arise, then contemplate yourself as Saraswati. Visualize Manjushri in front. Female wheel above, male wheel below. Fumigate with gugul incense smoke. Through this, wisdom will be quickly accomplished. From the morning after the completion of the practice, until the twenty-first morning, at the time of an empty stomach, swallow one pill each. Hold the remaining pills between the two wheels. Place it in a clay gau box. Arrange offerings, it is said. Wisdom will increase and become nectar. Thus it is said. Mangalam!
