加持！祈请具四身之自性上师！请加持四相之智慧于相续中生起！此乃从伏藏法中取出。嗡 玛哈 舜亚达 嘉纳 班杂 梭巴瓦 阿玛 郭杭。（藏文：ༀ་མཧཱ་ཤཱུ་ནྱ་ཏཱ་ཛྙཱ་ན་བཛྲ་སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝ་ཨཏྨ་ཀོ྅ཧཾ།，梵文天城体：ॐ महाशून्यताज्ञानवज्रस्वभाव आत्माकोऽहम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ mahāśūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'ham，汉语字面意思：嗡，大，空性，智慧，金刚，自性，我）。从空性中，于五彩虹光之帐篷内，莲月垫上之自明吽字白色放光，供养圣众，为利有情，光芒收摄融入吽字，完全转变，自身成为金刚萨埵，身色白色，一面二臂，右手持金刚杵，左手持铃，具报身之装束，相好光明炽盛，双足金刚跏趺坐，怀抱明妃金刚慢母白色，持钺刀颅碗，从颈项处拥抱，双运，身发无垢之光芒，显现乐空智慧之游舞，成为显空虹彩般之身。自身心间月轮上，白色吽字周围咒鬘围绕，从彼放光，遍布一切显有情器世间，清净一切庸俗不清净之显现执着，观想外器世间为宫殿，内情众生为本尊，一切声响皆为咒语之自声，尽力念诵百字明。收座时，从自身心间吽字放光，遍布一切不清净之情器世间，彼等化为光蕴融入自身本尊，又融入心间之吽字，吽字之足弯融入腹部，腹部融入头部，头部融入月牙，月牙融入明点，明点融入那达，那达无所缘而化为空性。从彼空性中，复次自身成为本尊之身，如是念诵思维，随力回向发愿，此乃修行之简要记录，由持明者不变金刚于静室寂静处所造。吉祥！吉祥！

Bless! Pray to the Lama who is the embodiment of the four bodies! Bless the wisdom of the four appearances to arise in the continuum! This was extracted from the treasure text. Oṃ mahāśūnyatājñānavajrasvabhāva ātmako'ham. From within emptiness, inside a tent of five-colored rainbow light, from the white syllable Hūṃ, the self-awareness on the lotus and moon seat, light radiates, offering to the noble ones. Having benefited sentient beings, the rays of light gather back and dissolve into Hūṃ, completely transforming. Oneself becomes Vajrasattva, body color white, one face, two arms, right hand holding a vajra, left hand holding a bell, possessing the ornaments of the Sambhogakaya. The splendor of the marks and signs blazes. Seated in the vajra posture, in his lap is the consort Vajra Nyemma, white, holding a curved knife and skull cup, embracing from the neck, in union. From his body, immaculate rays of light radiate, the play of bliss and emptiness wisdom manifests, becoming a body like a rainbow of appearance and emptiness. At one's own heart, on a moon, the white syllable Hūṃ is surrounded by a garland of mantras. From this, light radiates, pervading all of appearance and existence, container and contents. Purifying all ordinary, impure appearances and attachments, contemplate the outer world as a celestial palace, the inner beings as deities, and all sounds as the natural sound of mantra. Recite the hundred-syllable mantra as much as possible. When concluding the session, from the Hūṃ at one's heart, light radiates, pervading all impure container and contents. These transform into a mass of light, dissolving into the deity that is clear as oneself. That also dissolves into the Hūṃ at the heart. The hook of the Hūṃ dissolves into the belly, the belly into the head, the head into the crescent moon, the crescent moon into the bindu, the bindu into the nada, the nada becomes empty, without any object of focus. From that state, again, oneself becomes the body of the deity, recite and contemplate thus. Perform dedication and aspiration as you know how. This concise record of practice was composed by Rigdzin Gyurme Dorje in the solitary retreat of Yangwen. May there be auspiciousness! May there be auspiciousness!
