I, in my ignorance and delusion, have broken and degenerated my vows. May the Lama, the protector, grant refuge! The chief one is Vajradhara himself. Possessing the nature of great compassion, I seek refuge in the lord of beings. I confess and repent all degenerations of the root and branch vows of body, speech, and mind. I beseech you to purify and cleanse all accumulations of sins, obscurations, faults, and stains. Thus, one should recite. ༈ Namo! The golden Mount Meru, possessing four precious qualities, and the four continents, sun, moon, and surrounding iron mountains, Offering the perfect enjoyments of gods and humans, to the realm of the Lama's Nirmanakaya. My cherished sons and daughters, retinues and possessions, all beautiful things without exception, Gathering all the precious things of this world, I offer to the realm of the Lama's Sambhogakaya.
