Like drawing in with a long, powerful guidance of Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体: हूँ,梵文羅馬擬音:hūṃ,English literal meaning: Hūṃ), guiding it inward with a hanging rope, at that time, with the profound essential wind of wisdom, pressing the front wind outward and shooting it out with a powerful Phaṭ (ཕཊ,梵文天城体:फट,梵文羅馬擬音:phaṭ,English literal meaning: Phaṭ). During the guidance, the tongue should always be applied to the palate, and one should strive to create a strong sense of constriction in the upper body, such as focusing the gaze. Among the four dispersing magical wheels, the first is the Lion's Majesty. The second is Abandoning the Essence of the Four Continents: the key to the body is to seek constriction, holding the wind in a vase-like manner, then standing up abruptly, with the two feet together, pressing the two insteps separately with the fists of the two hands. Straighten the arms and legs, bend the head sharply, and pull the back. The third is Abandoning the Nectar of the Four Continents: lie face down, stretch out the four limbs, and hold the fists. Except for the tips of the toes and the chest, do not touch the ground. Straighten the neck. With eyes wide open, look at the crown of the head, and maintain the vase-like state. The fourth is Rising in the Dog Posture: with the toes on the ground, lift the heels, pointing the hips upward, and with the two hands in fists planted on the ground in the dog posture, abruptly straighten the legs, lift the body, and repeatedly bend the neck, maintaining the vase-like state. After performing each of these constricting, reversing, and dispersing actions, finally meditate extensively on the vase-like state, mixing it with the wind and sending it into space, so that the qualities of the wind are distributed in the mind, as described in the scriptures. At the end of each magical wheel, also perform subduing, and according to the circumstances, tighten the body internally and relax the muscles, performing shaking, and finally dedicate the merit at the end of the session. Furthermore, there is one key point to be understood during the guidance: alternately performing upward stretching and downward pressing of the front and back, which is known as "druk shyung," is said to be a profound instruction, and will be understood when the time is right. The summary of these is as follows: First, among the four types of constricting magical wheels: Externally, sit in the vajra posture, with fists crossed at the heart. Widen the eyes, focus the gaze, and apply the tongue to the palate. With this, block the ears and bend the neck. Forcefully contract the fingers and toes, tightening the four calves. Circle the waist, extend the abdomen outward, and maintain the vase-like state. This is known as the five seals of the body. Internally, the four secrets—inner, secret, great secret—are performed simultaneously. All five key points are met, with the special feature of exposing the abdomen. Release the lower wind, restrain speech, and strongly draw in Haṃ (ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文羅馬擬音:haṃ,English literal meaning: Haṃ). Focus awareness on the red or white bindu at the tip of the nose. Second, regarding the key to reversing, there are two special practices for the session.

The method of reversing with four common transformations is: Face down, knees and chest touching the ground, making fists. Place on the ground, lift up sequentially, with the sound of ha ring hing. Performing the empty-leading, this is the elephant posture. With four limbs planted, making a long wailing sound. Performing the empty-leading with a wailing posture, this is the tigress posture. With four limbs planted, with the sound of ha ring hag, making a vomiting posture. Performing the empty-leading, this is the beast posture. Lifting the lotus posture, placing fists on the thighs. Performing the empty-leading with the sound of ha ring hig, this is the fox posture. There are two special instructions for reversing: The first is the vajra cross-legged posture, fists crossed at the heart. Tongue curled, eyes rolled back, fingers curled, tightening the four limbs. Life force downwards, mouth uttering the long sound of HRĪḤ (藏文,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马转写:hrīḥ,汉字字面意思:Great compassion). Pulling, this is an excellent combination of letters. The second is from that, with the sound of one's own long HŪṂ (藏文,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马转写:hūṃ,汉字字面意思:Seed syllable). Hanging the rope, guiding the empty space, the consort presses down on the front breath. Shooting with the fierce PHAṬ (藏文,梵文天城体:फट्,梵文罗马转写:phaṭ,汉字字面意思:Cut), this is the combination of bow and arrow. The third is to unfold, starting from the first of the four postures: It is the lion posture, and the second is also. Legs spread, fists pressed on the instep. Head bent down, limbs straightened, pulling the back. The breath is vase breath, the key to the four continents is abandonment. The third is face down, stretching and straightening the four limbs. Straightening the neck, fixing the gaze, chest on the ground. Combining with vase breath, the essence of the four continents is abandonment. The fourth is the dog posture, lifting the body from the stance. Bending the neck, combining with vase breath, repeating again and again. In short, after grasping, reverse, and after reversing, unfold. Unfold and mix with breath, Mix and abide in great wisdom. Detailed instructions should be obtained from the mouth of the lama. This method is from the words of Kunkhyen Lhatsun Rje, Written down by Dharma Shri. May all beings, through this merit, enjoy the self-born, Great bliss of kingship. Tashi! Mangalam!
