spreading in the mire. The yogini, reciting Om(藏文:ༀ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah(藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:阿), Hum(藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), purifies the impure dirt, transforming it into the nectar of wisdom. Imagine the enjoyment of uncontaminated desirable qualities spreading like inconceivable clouds. By saying Phat(藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪), all the guests above and below, gathered by samsara and nirvana, come like dense clouds, filling the entire sky and space. Countless yoginis, with skull cups in their hands filled with nectar, offer it to the Three Jewels, pleasing and satisfying the protectors and guests of merit. Imagine giving it with compassion to the guests of debts and karmic debts, satisfying and delighting them. Say Phat(藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪). Offer to all the mandalas of the victorious ones of the ten directions and three times, who have become the objects of worship, such as the venerable root and lineage lamas, the precious Three Jewels, the vast array of peaceful and wrathful deities, the dakinis, oath-bound protectors, and Dharma protectors. May they be pleased and become the cause of enjoyment. Offer to the seventy-five Tsangri protectors and all the guests of protectors and merit, and to the sentient beings of the three realms and six classes, the compassionate guests of the three times. Offer to the guests who have harmed and incurred karmic debts from beginningless lifetimes. After offering, recite the power of truth, such as "By the power of my thought." Finally, mix all the development and dissolution of the visualization into the rootless realm of your own mind, saying Phat(藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪), and rest in equanimity. Black Offering: As before, bring forth your own mind as the yogini. Visualize your own body becoming as large and oily as to fill the three thousand worlds. The yogini peels off her skin with the curved knife in her hand, spreading it out red and bare, stretching the four limbs taut. On top of it, chop the head and limbs, all the body parts, into pieces. Take out the internal organs and pile them up. Imagine the heap of flesh, blood, and bones, the mire of brain and fat, filling the entire world. Say Phat(藏文:ཕཊ,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:phaṭ,汉语字面意思:啪). Summon all the arrogant gods, nagas, asuras, the eight classes of spirits, together with their retinues and armies, who dwell and wander in the three realms, and especially the disease-causing demonesses, the spirits who harm and incur karmic debts, all those who harbor malicious and cruel intentions, gather here!

Imagine all the demons gathering like a large market and settling down. PHAṬ (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: cut). From beginningless samsara, the demon of self-cherishing has disturbed the mindstream. In order to become the basis for all diseases and demons, I give this body as you wish to the assembly of gods and demons of phenomenal existence. If you want meat, take meat; if you want blood, take blood; if you want to gnaw bones, gnaw them completely; if you want to suck marrow, suck it clean. After saying this, imagine them swarming like vultures devouring a corpse, devouring flesh and blood, sucking marrow, feeling temporarily satisfied and happy, and ultimately pacifying their afflictions. PHAṬ (Tibetan, Devanagari: फट, Romanized Sanskrit: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: cut). Thus, blend emptiness and awareness, and completely let go without clinging. Relax the body and mind, abide in the state of rootlessness, and dedicate the merit. Third, increasing strength through conduct: Establish a foothold in the practice of one's own strength and go to dangerous places. If you want to cut the root of dualistic delusion, go to cemeteries, islands, solitary trees, etc. Go to places that distract the mind and cause fear. That is, go to cemeteries and other places that are frightening and hair-raising, to dangerous places where fear and dread can easily generate conceptual thoughts. When going, even if causes such as illness and suffering arise, do so at a time of fear and dread, such as at night, without relying on companions or tools, and without being tainted by the eight worldly concerns, in order to cut off the deluded conceptualizations of grasping and clinging. Without losing the key points of practice, intimidate all the gods and demons on the path with your gaze and proceed swiftly. Having arrived there, if it is a lake, sit at the upper reaches of the lake; if it is a rock, sit on the rock; if it is a spring, sit at the source of the spring, etc., setting up a seat in a key position. Practice there: Lie down relaxing the four limbs of the body, and imagine that your body is huge and heavy, covering the entire valley, suppressing all the gods and demons there. Think that until samsara is empty, you will never move from this place. Then, with refuge and bodhicitta and guru yoga as preliminaries, engage in the yoga of shamatha-vipashyana: blend emptiness and awareness and abide in emptiness. In the post-meditation state, universally regard all sentient beings, and particularly the obstructing spirits and demons, as your parents in lifetime after lifetime, and cultivate them with loving-kindness, compassion, and bodhicitta.
