ས་ཀུན་ཏུ་དོན་ཡོད་པ་ལ་བསླབ་པར་བྱའོ། །ལུས་ངག་ཡིད་གསུམ་སྐུ་གསུང་ཐུགས་རྡོ་རྗེའི། །ཁྱེར་སོ་གསུམ་གྱི་ཉམས་སུ་ལེན་པའི་ཐབས། །ཉུང་གསལ་སྙིང་པོར་དྲིལ་ལས་འགྲོ་ཀུན་གྱིས། ། སངས་རྒྱས་ཡེ་ཤེས་མངོན་དུ་འགྱུར་བར་ཤོག །ཅེས་པ་འདི་ཡང་རྒྱལ་མེ་ཏོག་ཐང་གི་མཁན་པོ་ཀུན་སྤངས་པ་བཤེས་གཉེན་ངག་དབང་དཔལ་མགོན་གྱིས་གསུང་ངོར་དགེ་སློང་རྨོངས་པ་དྷརྨ་ཤྲཱིས་ཟིན་བྲིས་སུ་སྤེལ་བའོ། །དགེའོ།། །།

应当修学令一切处皆有意义。身语意三,身语意金刚之,三种行持之修持方法。从简明扼要之精要中,愿一切众生,现证佛陀智慧。此乃嘉(rgyal)梅朵塘(me tog thang)之堪布,一切皆舍之上师阿旺贝衮(ngag dbang dpal mgon)所说,比丘愚者达玛师利(དྷརྨ་ཤྲཱི,Dharmaśrī)笔录。善哉!

English

One should train to make all places meaningful. The method of practicing the three aspects of body, speech, and mind, the Vajra of body, speech, and mind, is the three ways of conduct. From the concise and clear essence, may all beings realize the wisdom of the Buddha. This was spoken by Khenpo Kunsangpa (kun spangs pa) Geshe Ngawang Pelgon (ngag dbang dpal mgon) of Gyal Metoktang (rgyal me tog thang), and written down by the ignorant monk Dharmaśrī. Good!
