Regarding speech: What is to be abandoned is the verbal karma that obscures the Vajra of Speech: lying, divisive speech, harsh speech, and idle chatter. Confess and take vows regarding these four. What is to be adopted is to speak truthfully, reconcile discord, praise the virtues of others, and train in speaking peacefully and agreeably. Secondly, visualize yourself as your own deity. With the wisdom that ascertains that speech is primordially the empty and unobstructed speech of the deities, like the sound of a collapsing beehive, visualize the sounds of plants, mountains, rocks, earth, stones colliding, etc., all the sounds of the stable and moving outer and inner contents, as the sound of the six-syllable mantra. Recite "Om Mani Padme Hum (藏文:ༀ་མ་ཎི་པདྨེ་ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ maṇi padme hūṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡 嘛 呢 叭 咪 吽)" continuously, mixing it with the example of a waterfall, and by reciting, the good experience of all sounds appearing as empty will arise. Thirdly, in the central channel directly below the navel, visualize the support of awareness, the mind of enlightenment, the white syllable HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍), about the size of a bean. In the sky above the crown of the head, visualize the Guru Amitabha as before, and with the rays of light from his heart, draw the syllable HRIH (藏文:ཧྲཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ह्रीः,梵文罗马拟音:hrīḥ,汉语字面意思:舍) from the navel through the central channel. Project it out from the crown of the head and dissolve it into the heart of the Guru. Visualize the Guru departing to Sukhavati through a rainbow path of light, and then rest in a state of non-objectification. The third is the instruction on the luminosity of the mind, which also includes the common and uncommon preliminaries related to the mind instruction, the actual instruction on the mind of awareness and emptiness, and finally the transference to luminosity. The first has two aspects: abandoning and adopting. What is to be abandoned is the mental karma that obscures the Vajra of Mind: covetousness, malice, and wrong views. Confess and take vows regarding these. What is to be adopted is to be content with wealth, cultivate loving-kindness, and generate faith in karma and its results. Secondly, generate faith that the nature of mind is primordially abiding as the Dharmakaya. Arrange the body in the seven-point posture, and leave the eyes wide open. Let the breath relax naturally. Regarding the mind, identify all appearances, represented by the deity and mantra, as your own mind. Then, gaze intently at its own nature. In the three aspects of arising, abiding, and ceasing, no nature whatsoever, such as shape or color, is established. In the state of vanishing without a trace like lightning, do not deliberately grasp. In clarity without distraction, in absorption without dullness, in alertness without being tainted by antidotes, in awareness without turning into conceptualization, relax in the state of empty clarity without object, and rest naturally. In this way, whatever arises will become self-liberated, and conceptual thoughts will appear as helpers in meditation. If conceptual

If disturbed by discursive thoughts, do not be distracted, but stare directly at that discursive thought. This will give rise to the decisive understanding that discursive thoughts are rootless and baseless, and virtuous practice will proceed smoothly and without obstacles. The third is, the object of transference is unapprehended, which is self-aware luminosity, free from defilements. The place of transference is unapprehended, which is beyond the mind of good and bad. The act of transference is unapprehended, which is not tainted by contrived discursive thoughts. By practicing in this way, the mother and child luminosities meet and enlightenment is attained. Third, the practice during the post-meditation period consists of two yogas, day and night. Among them, the day yoga has three ways of conduct. First, the conduct of the body is to transform the upward appearances into the path, and to purify the downward pure appearances. First, all appearances of the container and its contents are visualized as the body of the Lord, clearly and emptily, without clinging, and transformed into the path. Second, all sentient beings are purified by thinking that they are inherently the Great Compassion of self-nature. Second, the conduct of speech also has two aspects: all sounds are transformed into the sound of the six-syllable mantra (Tibetan: ཡིག་དྲུག་, Sanskrit Devanagari: षडक्षरी, Sanskrit Romanization: ṣaḍakṣarī, Chinese literal meaning: six syllables) as sound-emptiness, and transformed into the path. All sounds are purified by thinking that they are inherently sound-emptiness, indestructible, the speech of the noble ones. Third, the conduct of the mind has three aspects: when seeing a special object, generate faith; when seeing an inferior object, generate compassion; when staying in the present moment, look at one's own nature and cultivate the state of rootlessness and baselessness. Second, the night yoga has two aspects: one is to train dreams as deities, that is, before going to sleep, visualize oneself as the Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara, clearly and distinctly abiding the Guru Noble One in the heart, and between sleep and dreams, without being interrupted by discursive thoughts, fall asleep in a state of focused intention, and dreams will naturally appear as the body of the deity. Second is luminosity, that is, when sleeping, dissolve the container and its contents into light, and gather them in a state of contraction as if the vapor of a mirror has dissipated, and the mind is disconnected without attachment, so that sleep will appear as luminosity. Furthermore, whatever is enjoyed, such as food, clothing, and housing, is visualized as one's own body and the body of the Lord, and the objects to be used are blessed as the clothes of the gods and the pure and excellent pure land, and enjoyed. In all circumstances, whatever appears to the objects of the six senses is sealed with non-attachment, like illusion, and transformed into the path.
