Since such a request was not accepted, longevity rituals and bodily ceremonies were performed morning and evening. Relying on a mount and a comfortable journey, they gradually spent the night at Sleu Lung Do. The next day, they set off as usual, and on the twentieth, around midday, they arrived at the house of the self-arisen medicinal spring. While resting on the bed, the尊者 said this: If you wish to play in the water, please go while I rest. Thus, some attendants left according to the尊者's instructions. They quickly returned to the尊者's presence and found that the尊者's body was even weaker than before. Immediately, they began discussing performing large-scale bodily ceremonies and other rituals at the monastery and tried to report the situation. A horse-riding attendant was dispatched. All the Dharma brothers residing there, with offerings of auspicious interdependence, unanimously joined their palms and prayed: Great and noble ones, because you possess the illusion-like samadhi, whatever you wish in your heart will be fulfilled, this is the law of nature. In general, for all sentient beings, especially for us, the disciples to be tamed, and especially among the Dharma brothers who serve at your feet, including all the sangha, and especially these attendants who have come here, please consider well our helpless and miserable situation, look upon us with your compassionate eyes, do not incline towards the path of peace, please remain in this world for a long time, and care for us for a long time. Although we earnestly prayed, I am like a ripe fruit falling to the ground. After saying this, the尊者 kindly looked at all the Dharma brothers, and entrusted many immediate and long-term affairs, especially to the supreme Dharma prince, entrusting him with the responsibility of upholding the Dharma. As the last afternoon of the day was coming to an end, in order to tame those disciples who cling to permanence, and to encourage those who are lazy to practice the Dharma diligently, the尊者 turned his gaze to the sky and raised his right hand.
