Thus, he fulfilled their respective wishes. At the end of September, the upper authorities bestowed farewell gifts of gold and silver, inner and outer clothing, fine horses, tea, and high-quality silk, and provided escorts with horse-drawn carriages and caravan managers, sending him to the monastery via Sgrags. Soon after, the upper authorities also provided food and other necessities, and on the way to the hot springs of 'Ol-ka, he was received with great reverence and service at places like Sne-gdong-rtse and Zangs-ri. He proceeded to 'Ol-kha, where he enjoyed the benefits of the hot springs for seven days. There, the Dzong provided food, and the Dzongpon also offered tea and gifts in abundance. The stewards of the monastery requested assistance in appealing to the government to waive the expenses for the tenth-day offerings, and later, urged by the kindness of the upper authorities, their wishes were fulfilled. On the return journey, he was again received at Zangs-ri, where he consecrated many sacred objects and bestowed empowerments and subsequent permissions of Amitabha (Tibetan: ཚེ་དཔག་མེད།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमिताभ, Sanskrit Romanization: Amitābha, Literal Chinese meaning: Immeasurable Life), Ugra Guru (Tibetan: བླ་མ་དྲག་པོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: Ugra Guru, Sanskrit Romanization: Ugra Guru, Literal Chinese meaning: Wrathful Guru), and Loktri (Tibetan: ལོཀྟྲི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: Loktrī, Sanskrit Romanization: Loktrī, Literal Chinese meaning: Worldly Freedom), and also visited the Zangs-ri Khang-dmar. At Snying-phu Monastery, due to an internal fault, the incarnate lama was subjected to severe disciplinary measures. Therefore, when messengers arrived seeking refuge, he repeatedly appealed to the upper authorities to appease their anger, and thus, the grace of being temporarily placed in strict retreat at Chu-shur, without any danger to his life, was bestowed. He proceeded to Gdan-sa Thel and Sne'u-gdong-rtse as invited. At Sne-gdong, he bestowed the empowerment of Amitabha (Tibetan: ཚེ་དཔག་མེད།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमिताभ, Sanskrit Romanization: Amitābha, Literal Chinese meaning: Immeasurable Life) and the four-armed Avalokiteśvara to the Desi Rinpoche, and then proceeded to the monastery. He invited 'Brom-ston Gzhan-phan Rnam-rol and listened to all the remaining treasure teachings of Dorje Lingpa, and also made a brief visit to Dar-ldings to accommodate the fasting and authority. At the beginning of December, he constructed the sand mandala of Vajrakilaya, performed the Tsog offering, and bestowed empowerments to the Sangha from the mandala, and at the end of the month, he also served as the Vajra Master of the great Kalachakra ceremony. At that time, someone came to request blessings for the U-ra clan, and he bestowed empowerments and exorcisms of Amitabha (Tibetan: ཚེ་དཔག་མེད།, Sanskrit Devanagari: अमिताभ, Sanskrit Romanization: Amitābha, Literal Chinese meaning: Immeasurable Life), Ugra Guru (Tibetan: གུ་རུ་དྲག་པོ།, Sanskrit Devanagari: Ugra Guru, Sanskrit Romanization: Ugra Guru, Literal Chinese meaning: Wrathful Guru), and Loktri (Tibetan: ལོཀྟྲི།, Sanskrit Devanagari: Loktrī, Sanskrit Romanization: Loktrī, Literal Chinese meaning: Worldly Freedom). At this time, three Nepalese master craftsmen crafted this statue ornament inlaid with gold, silver, and various precious jewels.
