After that, he seemed to be slightly ill due to something like an epidemic. The lama physician Drangsong Darmo offered sincerity and compassion from the upper and lower levels, and he recovered soon after treatment. Again, he offered exorcism and bathing, etc., to the upper level. On that day, his mother also came from the estate. From the end of the first Mongolian month to the middle of the second month, he composed the following works: "The Ritual of Subduing Yama - Victory over Demonic Deeds," "The Mandala Ritual - The Play of the Blood-Drinking One," "Suppression - Cutting Down the Enemies of the Doctrine," "The Fire Offering - Great Fire of the End of Time," "The Instructions for the Zorma - Vajra Thunderbolt Arrow," and "The Ritual for Guiding the Deceased - The Swift Path to Liberation." After that, in Ganden Khangsar, the Kalon Tagru presided over the empowerment, subsequent permission, and exorcism ceremonies. Again, in the Potala Palace, he bestowed the empowerment of the New Treasure Yama Dharmaraja upon approximately thirty monks, including the offering master and other officials. In Shol, he listened to the Dorje Drak Tulku Rinpoche's account of the pure visions and biography of Yolmowa, and offered it to the upper level. At that time, he was invited to Nyangdren Drongme estate, where he was treated with abundant hospitality and offerings. He offered life ransom, fierce red empowerment, and a hundred long-life empowerments to the great ruler and his son and mother. In Lhasa, in the northern valley, he bestowed many immediate blessings such as longevity, horses, and Vajrapani upon the officials. When offering the stable seat of the Dakini Dispelling Obstacles to the upper level in the Potala Palace, many wondrous visions seemed to occur. The next afternoon, the upper level bestowed gifts: a Mongolian felt hat, a hand drum, a large silver container, Sāle-sbram, a Chinese snuff bottle, a Mongolian silver bowl, a silver jug, a white porcelain bowl, silk clothes, many tea bricks, and horses, etc., in great abundance. Again, he bestowed the Me Tseg bathing and longevity empowerment upon all, including the upper level and the attendants of the Yas Phyin household.

On the tenth day of the third month, he paid homage to the upper echelons and traveled by boat through Kampa La and Lumba, arriving at Zangyul Drongsar. There, the Mindrolling Monastery assembly completed training in the melody and rhythm of the Kangso (fulfillment and confession) ritual, including the drum monks, and he served as the first teacher. On that day, he bestowed brocade cloths and fine tea to the assembly. At that time, about twenty monks memorized the root tantra, the Guhyagarbha Tantra, and established the tradition of commemorating the Kunken Do-ngak Tenzin festival and continuously reciting the tantra on the tenth day of the dark moon. After that, he perfected the empowerment, transmission, and practical instructions of the Thuktik (Heart Drop) to Lama Samten Drakkhukpa, Khampa Lama, Rongpa Dzogchen Tulku, and other ten disciples. At the end, according to the order to invite the late Gyalchok Dampa Kuten for the Ku Rim (healing ritual), he set out for Kyisho (present-day Qushui County, Lhasa) on the ninth day of the fourth month. In succession, at Dorje Drak Monastery, he listened to the empowerment and teachings of the life-accomplishment practice from Tulku Rinpoche, and immediately after arriving at the Potala Palace via Jela, he was elevated to pay homage to the upper echelons. The next day, he served as the teacher for the monks of the Kushap monastic community who performed the ritual of terminating the Bhūtas (spirits) for the Ku Rim of the upper echelons. The day after that, he ascended to the top of the offering hall, performed the offering, and donned the attire of Guru Rinpoche, binding the gods and demons under oath. In addition, he performed the ritual of expelling the Gyaltsen (royal power) and, in particular, performed the exorcism offering on the twentieth day. That night, both the master and disciples saw the wonderful signs of the demons being expelled with similar visions. In conjunction with the Padling Drakmar (wrathful red lotus) Torma reversion ritual, he performed the Homa (fire offering) practice on the evening of the twenty-eighth, and everyone heard the cries of the Bhūtas being bound and lamenting. On the twenty-ninth, when the Torma was thrown, sparks and wind followed behind the Torma.
