Na (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ण, Sanskrit Romanization: ṇa, literal meaning: no), is the protector from fear, the antidote to disease and demons, the complete destroyer of afflictions, in order to emulate the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Visualize in your ordinary heart, on a moon disc above the letter A (Tibetan: ཨ, Sanskrit Devanagari: अ, Sanskrit Romanization: a, literal meaning: none), a single white Maṃ (Tibetan: མཾ, Sanskrit Devanagari: मं, Sanskrit Romanization: maṃ, literal meaning: Maṃ). From there, dazzling rays of light radiate, pervading the sky, touching all sentient beings, the karma and afflictions of sentient beings, desire, hatred, ignorance, pride, jealousy, stinginess, etc., the six root afflictions, the twenty secondary afflictions, and the ten non-virtuous actions committed through the three doors of body, speech, and mind, the five heinous crimes, the near five heinous crimes, the root downfalls, disrespect for the Three Jewels, abandoning the sacred Dharma, slandering the noble ones, etc., all these factors that hinder liberation and attainment of higher realms, and the suffering of samsara and the lower realms that must be experienced, all flow into your body like ripples, and the obscurations in the minds of sentient beings are completely cleansed. Now, think that you should confess these sins. Thinking this way, radiate another ray of light, touching all sentient beings, the result is the suffering of samsara, the hot and cold suffering of hell, the hunger and thirst of hungry ghosts, the ignorance and muteness of animals, etc., the battles of the Asuras, the death and downfall of the gods, the eight and eleven sufferings of humans, etc., all the discomforts that harm body, speech, and mind, just by being touched by the light, visualize that the bodies and minds of sentient beings become light and happy. The light dissolves into your body, and those sufferings flow into your body like ripples, visualize that every pore is filled with the immeasurable suffering of the six realms, such as the Avici hell. If sentient beings can be free from suffering, then my burden is meaningful. Thinking this way, because all sentient beings are reliable mortgages or guarantees, let me be the mortgage and redeem sentient beings. I will bear all the suffering and place all sentient beings in happiness. Thinking this way, radiate another ray of light, touching your lineage lamas, as well as Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, Yidam deities, Shravakas and Pratyekabuddhas, all their obstacles to vows, physical illnesses, unfulfilled wishes, incomplete liberation, etc., all gather in the light like ripples and flow into your body. I will bear it. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I think it is a great blessing to bear these responsibilities. One should always abide in a state like the sky, and always remember the lama, without being separated from the lama. Offer one's body, possessions, and roots of virtue as offerings. To all sentient beings' karmic creditors and obstructing forces harboring malice, transform into countless delicious foods and beautiful forms as offerings. Similarly, transform into immeasurable flesh, blood, bones, heart, limbs, and minor limbs, and give them according to their desires. If they are hungry, offer them nakedly; if they are not hungry, fill vessels with colorful foods. May all who consume these offerings have their afflictive desires pacified, increase in happiness, and become objects of my taming. Some may say that now is not the time to give away the body, but guarding this impure body is like carrying thorns nakedly; it is comfortable to put it down. By accumulating immeasurable merit and wisdom, through the power of my pure intention and the blessings of the lama, may the two accumulations increase immeasurably and fulfill the intentions of all noble ones. May the suffering of all sentient beings be pacified, and may they possess perfect happiness. Thus it is said. When performing essential practices and wrathful actions, also visualize oneself as the yidam deity. Through various magical powers of evil, reduce one's entire body to ashes, and think of establishing all sentient beings in the wisdom of omniscience. Also, when one experiences illness or disturbances from spirits, determine that all signs of decline are devoid of birth and like illusions, and abide in the samadhi of loving-kindness. If afflictions arise in one's mind, know that their nature is unborn. Transform afflictions into wisdom. Whatever adverse circumstances or unfavorable conditions arise, train the mind to transform them into methods for perfecting the two accumulations. Then, use all food, clothing, and shelter as aids to bodhicitta. May all sentient beings who see me, hear me, remember me, or speak of me exhaust their three obscurations and strive to attain the three kayas. Transform all obstacles into the true path and practice the conduct of Samantabhadra. I think of perfecting the intentions, activities, aspirations, and great conduct of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the three times. The immovable mind: If fishermen, farmers, merchants, etc., can endure the hardships of heat and cold, why can't I endure it for the sake of benefiting sentient beings? Thinking this way, the mind can abide. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
