ག་སྦས། (ga sbas, Hidden): Until stability is achieved in the six or seven, maintain a joyful state and meditate. The standard for stability is when, like the initial vision, it is slightly clear, visualize the bindu (thig le, 明点) shooting upwards from the forehead with white light towards the Brahma aperture, and hold the mind with white light. After it is clear there, from the original empty central channel, visualize the central channel from the crown of the head to the vajra jewel as an empty tube. Then, visualize the bindu rising upwards in the awa dhūti (下行脉) with white light, passing through without obstruction, making a 'clang' sound, which is connected to the navel chakra. Or, visualize white light rising from the tip of the vajra (rdo rje, 金刚杵) jewel (nor bu, 宝珠), pervading the entire body, bringing a feeling of joy. At this time, the breath naturally stops, and the breath enters the central channel. If joy is not produced even by meditating in this way, then the mind should be focused on the tip of the vajra jewel, and meditate there until joy is produced. There, stabilize the bindu with white light, then shoot it upwards with white light and hold it there until the bindu matures. After stabilizing there, shoot it into the awa dhūti (下行脉) again as before, and if joy is not produced, repeat seven times and meditate. If it still does not work even after doing so, then visualize the original central channel as a sheepskin bag inflated by blowing, with the bindu entering from the crown of the head wandering around, and the bindu also moving up and down with sound. Sometimes, it is said that one can also meditate without shooting out the bindu, but rather like inflating the intestines with breath. Although the central channel is an empty channel, and the bindu is large while the central channel is thin, it should still be able to accommodate it, and it should be done repeatedly. In this way, joy will definitely be produced, it is impossible for it not to happen, and the breath will also stop naturally. Then, in the post-meditation state, one should also remember and learn to regard all forms and sounds as joy. If it is not possible to transform appearances into joy, then one should gather and meditate on joy until it matures. Or, visualize the bindu of wind and mind merging, or visualize joy itself. Afterwards, in the post-meditation state, one should protect the sense faculties, and avoid seeing forms. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------

All bliss arises. Similarly, meditate by gathering bliss at the back of the neck, and in the subsequent attainment, the sound heard by the ears is also bliss. Similarly, by meditating at both the tip of the nose and the throat, the smell sensed by the nose and the taste tasted by the tongue, all bliss arises. [Meditate on concealing the ripening of the secret instructions.] Similarly, after arising, abide in the innate dhati, and by focusing the mind on the burning heat of touch, bodhichitta spontaneously descends. [Do not meditate on the Hum at the crown of the head, but meditate on wind and mind.] Ah! The burning heat and pain of touch, from the crown of the head, From the white and cool Hum, drops like mustard seeds or beans, and the fire blazes, and the bliss of the bodhichitta at the crown of the head merges into the emptiness Ah at the navel chakra, and meditate on the indivisibility of bliss and emptiness. [By stabilizing the breath.] By this, all bliss arises in the body, [At that time, if bliss is too strong and consciousness becomes dull, the lower part is empty, and the upper consciousness should also be focused on the crown of the head, and visualize the three objects of disease, demons, and death, and focus consciousness on the navel.] The four joys also arise in the four chakras, as well as the five signs and eight benefits, etc., and the body does not need clothes, and weapons and poisons, etc., cannot harm it, and oneself and all appearances become blissful, and thereby non-conceptualization naturally arises. This is the practice of Chandali, the instruction of the finger seal. Or another method is to control the breath, expand the body like a wheel, support it like a tent, and go up and down. If consciousness is scattered, sink it down, and if it is dull, lift it up to stabilize it, rotate the breath like a wheel, and pull it like a hook. Then, as before, perform the burning and dripping of Chandali. On this, Naropa's The view is to inject the breath into the dhati, inject the breath into the mind, and inject the breath into the clear light. Among them, injecting the breath into the dhati is to meditate on the innate dhati within the spoken dhati, and then inject the breath into the mind as before, and all bliss arises in the body. By meditating on this, the breath enters the mind, and thereby the nine doors of the body close, the four doors of speech close, and the two doors of mind open, and the nine doors of the body close, which is the door... --------------------------------------------------------------------------------
