Gathering all the wealth of existence and peace, the embodiment of the Perfection of Wisdom. Having prostrated to the Glorious Goddess, I will explain the activities following the Yang Rescue. There are two aspects to this: activities to be done daily, and activities to be done when the practice is completed. The first is: the sequence of activities to be done in the evening after the main practice of the Great Goddess Paldenmo's Yang Rescue has been completed, which has eight parts: Offering, Praise, Inspiring the Commitment, Summoning Fortune and Yang, Concealing and Absorbing, Confession, Stabilization, and Auspicious Words.
