།གཟི་བརྗིད་མངའ་ཐང་ཕུན་ཚོགས་ཤོག །བསྟེན་མཆོད་སྒྲུབ་ལ་དགྱེས་དགོངས་ཏེ། །གཞི་ལ་འདུག་ན་འཚོ་རྫི་མཛོད། །བྱེས་སུ་འགྲོ་ན་སྡོད་གྲོགས་མཛོད། །དགྲ་རྐུན་གཅན་གཟན་འཚེ་བ་སོགས། །མི་མཐུན་གནོད་པའི་རྐྱེན་རྣམས་ཟློག །འདོད་དོན་བསམ་པ་ཡིད་བཞིན་སྒྲུབས། ཁ་འཛིན་རྒྱབ་བརྟེན་སྲུང་སྐྱོབས་སོགས། །ཅི་བཅོལ་ལས་རྣམས་མཛད་དུ་གསོལ། །ཅེས་ཕུད་མཆོད་ནམ་མཁར་འབུལ་ཞིང་ཟས་སྣ་བསང་ཁང་དུ་བསྲེག །བཛྲ་མུཿས་རང་གནས་སུ་གཤེགས་པར་བྱའོ། །ཞེས་པའང་ཡོན་ཏན་རྒྱ་མཚོ་གར་གྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་གིས་བྲིས་པ་དགེ་ཞིང་བཀྲ་ཤིས།། ༈ །།ཨོཾ་སྭ་སྟི་ཛ་ཡནྟུ། རྨ་ཐམ་གཉན་པོའི་བསངས་མཆོད་བྱ་བར་འདོད་པས་བསངས་ཀྱི་རྫས་དང་གསེར་སྐྱེམས་རྣམས། རཾ་ཡཾ་ཁཾ། གིས་བསངས། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་ལན་གསུམ་གྱིས་བྱིན་བརླབ། བསངས་རྫས་མཆོད་པའི་སྤྲིན་བུང་ཟད་མི་ཤེས་པས་ནམ་མཁའི་ཁྱོན་གང་བ་མགྲོན་རྣམས་དགྱེས་པ་སྐྱེད་ པའི་རང་བཞིན་ཏུ་གྱུར། ཀྱེ། སྲིད་པ་རྒྱུད་ཀྱི་དཔལ་བོན་ཆེ། །དཀར་ཕྱོགས་སྐྱོང་བའི་ཐ་ཚིག་ཅན། །རྨ་ཐམ་གཉན་པོ་འཁོར་དང་བཅས། །འདིར་གཤེགས་བསངས་དང་མཆོད་པ་བཞེས། །སྨན་ཤོད་སྦས་པའི་ཡུལ་གྱི་དབུས། །དབྱིབས་ལེགས་ལྷུན་ཆགས་ས་འཛིན་གྱི། །བ་གམ་རང་བྱུང་ཕོ་བྲང་ན། །མི་སྨུག་འཕྲུལ་གྱི་གཤེན་པོའི་ཆས། །བགྲང་ཕྲེང་འཛིན་ཅིང་ཐུགས་དམ་ཟློ། །རྔ་གཤང་བསྣམས་ནས་གཙང་རིགས་སྐུལ། །མགུར་ལྷ་གཉན་གྱི་སྐུ་སྲུང་མཛད། །ལས་ལ་ཆས་ཚེ་སྔགས་པའི་གཟུགས། །གཡག་ནག་ཞོལ་ཅན་ཆིབས་སུ་ཆིབས། །གཡས་པས་དཔལ་གྱི་མདུང་མོ་སྒྲེང་། །གཡོན་པས་བདུད་ཞགས་དམ་ཉམས་འཆིངས། །ལན་རེ་བཙན་བདུད་ཁྲོས་པའི་གཟུགས། །བཙན་ཁྲོམ་མང་པོའི་ཁ་ལོ་སྒྱུར། །སྣ་ཚོགས་སྤྲུལ་པའི་ཆོ་འཕྲུལ་སྟོན། །འཁོར་གཡོག་སྡེ་དཔུང་བཅས་པ་རྣམས། །བསང་ངོ་མཆོད་དོ་མངའ་གསོལ་ལོ། །བཟང་ཤིང་སྣ་ཚོགས་དུད་པས་བསངས། །རིན་ཆེན་སྨན་འབྲུ་དང་སྣས་བརྔན། །གཟུགས་འགྲོས་དཀོར་ཆ་སྣ་ཚོགས་འབུལ། །ཇ་ཆང་འོ་ཞོའི་སྐྱེམས་ཀྱིས་མཆོད། །ཕྱེ་མར་ཟས་སྣའི་ཕུད་ལ་རོལ། །ཐུགས་ལ་བཞེད་དགུའི་མཆོད་སྤྲིན་གྱིས། །གཉན་པོ་འཁོར་བཅས་གསོལ་ལོ་མཆོད། །དགྱེས་པའི་ཞལ་གྱི་འཛུམ་སྟོན་ལ། །བྱམས་པའི་ཐུགས་ཀྱིས་ དགྱེས་པར་དགོངས། །མཆོད་ན་ཁ་འཛིན་རྒྱབ་རྟེན་མཛོད། །བརྔན་ན་ཡིད་ལ་གང་འདོད་སྒྲུབས། །བསྟེན་ན་མགོན་སྐྱབས་སྡོང་གྲོགས་གྱིས། །གཞི་གྱེས་ཀུན་ཏུ་བཀྲ་ཤིས་ཤིང་། །ཕྱོགས་ལས་རྣམ་པར་རྒྱལ་བ་དང་། །ཕས་རྒོལ་མི་མཐུན་ཞི་བ་སོགས།

愿吉祥圆满！ 恳请欢喜接受供养和修行， 若安住于此，请做牧人， 若去往他乡，请做旅伴。 祈请遣除敌寇、猛兽等一切 违逆损害之因缘， 如意成就一切愿望。 恳请护持、庇佑、守护等， 祈请成办一切所托之事。 如是，将精华供品献于虚空，并将食物焚烧于煨桑处。 班匝 穆：（藏文， वज्र मुः，vajra muḥ，金刚 穆）祈请返回本处。 此乃由功德海歌舞自在所书，善哉吉祥！ 嗡 索 斯德 扎 雅 恩 德：（藏文， 唵 स्वास्ति जयन्तु，oṃ svasti jayantu，嗡，吉祥，胜利） 今欲行麻谭年波之煨桑供养，故将煨桑之物与黄金酒， 以 然 扬 康：（藏文， रं यं खं，raṃ yaṃ khaṃ，然 扬 康）清净。 以 嗡 阿 吽：（藏文， ॐ आः हूँ，oṃ āḥ hūṃ，嗡 阿 吽）加持三次。 煨桑供品之云聚无尽，充满虚空，化为令诸宾客欢喜之自性。 祈请！世系之威权大本尊， 守护白方之誓言者， 麻谭年波及其眷属， 降临于此，享用煨桑与供品。 于门修巴（地名）隐秘之地中央， 形貌端庄巍峨之大地， 自生之宫殿中， 身着黑蓝色幻化之神服， 手持念珠，遣除修法之违缘， 手持鼓钹，催促清净种姓， 乃是年神之护法。 行事之时，化现咒师之身相， 骑乘黑牦牛， 右手高举吉祥之矛， 左手持缚魔之索，束缚违誓者。 时而显现忿怒本尊之身相， 驾驭众多战神， 示现种种幻化神通。 及其眷属部众等， 供养煨桑，供养祭品，赐予权位。 以各种良木之烟供养， 以珍宝、药材、谷物等酬谢， 献上各种形貌之供品， 以茶酒乳酪供养， 享用糌粑食物之精华， 以心中所愿之供云， 供养年波及其眷属。 祈请以欢喜之笑容， 以慈悲之心，欢喜纳受。 供养时，请做护持与后盾， 酬谢时，请成办心中所愿， 依止时，请做怙主、救护与助伴。 愿一切吉祥如意， 愿所向披靡， 愿平息敌对与不顺等。

When engaging in activities, manifesting as a mantra practitioner, Riding a black yak with a dark stripe, In your right hand, raising the glorious spear, In your left hand, holding the demon lasso, binding those who break their vows. Sometimes appearing as the wrathful form of a Tsen demon, Commanding many Tsen warriors, Displaying various magical transformations. Together with your retinue and troops, We offer Sang, we offer sacrifices, we bestow authority. We offer incense with the smoke of various good woods, We reward with precious jewels, medicines, grains, and spices, We offer various forms of wealth and possessions, We offer tea, alcohol, milk, and yogurt, Enjoy the essence of tsampa and food, With clouds of offerings that fulfill your heart's desires, We offer to Nyenpo and your retinue. Please show a joyful smile, With a compassionate heart, please accept with joy. When offering, please be a protector and support, When rewarding, please accomplish whatever is desired in the heart, When relying, please be a protector, refuge, and companion. May everything be auspicious and prosperous, May there be complete victory in all directions, May there be peace from enemies and adversity.
