To the great purity of Dharmakaya, which is free from delusion and conceptualization; to the Lama who shows many methods of cutting; I prostrate to the feet of the supreme Lama, the Great Mother, and then I will explain the yoga of the essence. Moreover, from the collection of precious qualities, through the four causes, the Bodhisattva possesses wisdom and power; the four maras are difficult to overcome and cannot be moved; abiding in emptiness and not abandoning sentient beings; acting as spoken and possessing the blessings of the Sugata. Thus, putting into practice the instructions of the four special meanings is the essence of the instructions of the Prajnaparamita. Even the ocean-like instructions known as the Chöd of the sacred Dharma, the Chöd of the Maras, enhance the qualities of the grounds and paths of the three views, meditations, and actions that are in accordance with the three samadhis. Therefore, even in a single session of body offering, it is necessary that these are not separated. The meaning of \"cutting\" is to clearly abandon the clinging to self and what belongs to self in one's own mindstream, and not to allow the notion of clinging to characteristics to arise in any other appearance, but to practice like an illusion. Based on this, the actual practice has three parts: the preliminary practice of causing the blessings of the Sugata to enter oneself; the main practice of abiding in emptiness with the power of wisdom and compassion and accomplishing the benefit of sentient beings; and the subsequent activity of acting without contradicting what has been vowed. The first has two parts: entering the gate of the Mahayana is to remember the four thoughts that turn the mind." 发心:愿一切众生皆具安乐,愿一切", "english_translation": "After remembering the four thoughts that turn the mind, visualize the refuge field clearly: In the sky in front, on a lion throne, lotus, and sun cushion, Machig Labdrön, the Lama, the Prajnaparamita, and surrounded by the ocean of refuge fields, the Three Jewels, may they look with compassion upon beings pervading the sky.

May I be separated from suffering! May happiness and eternity never be separated! May I realize the equality of all phenomena! To receive blessings with devotion, first make the refuge itself the field of merit. My body, possessions, and all virtuous things of the three times, for the sake of all sentient beings, I respectfully offer to you. Please, you who possess the eyes that see all, noble objects of offering, with love, consider me, accept and grant your blessings. Then, the supplication: Namo Guru! Prajnaparamita, sovereign mother, the unique, non-dual great mother, chief of the dakinis. I supplicate the root and lineage lamas of the profound Chöd practice, please grant your blessings. My body, possessions, and all things, I offer without attachment, please accept and for the sake of all beings, abandon self-grasping, please bless that unnecessary thoughts arise in the continuum. Please bless the realization of the unborn, single certainty of my own mind, and please bless that adverse conditions are taken as the path. Please bless that the three realms are cut at the root. Please bless that the six realms are gathered as relatives. Please bless that samsara and nirvana are purified in the dharmadhatu. Please bless that the clinging to grasping and the grasped is cut. Please bless the realization of the nature of selflessness. Thus, supplicate with one-pointed devotion. The assembly dissolves into the lama, the three seed-syllables of the three places, the rays of light enter my three places. The three doors are blessed as the three vajras. The lama dissolves into light and becomes inseparable from myself. Secondly, the main part has three sections. First, warming the expanse of awareness by cutting through with the view of vajra-like samadhi, combining the winds. The alaya-consciousness pervading the entire body gathers with a whoosh. At the soles of both feet, it transforms into white bindus. Phat. (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: cut). Through the channels of the feet, they merge into one at the tri-junction. Emerging from the crown of the head, it becomes inseparable from space. Phat. (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: cut). Thus, abide having pervaded space with awareness. Identifying the meaning of the Mother: Self-knowing, self-aware, free from permanence and annihilation, arising and ceasing, going and coming. Not falling to any side, such as existence or non-existence. Without established doer and deed, benefit and harm, without identifiable characteristics. Separated from all roots, like the sky. Phat. (Tibetan: ཕཊ, Sanskrit Devanagari: फट, Sanskrit Romanization: phaṭ, Literal Chinese meaning: cut). Thus, without making any mental activity, rest evenly in the natural state.
