平息痛苦夜晚的魔障等等，忆念、禅定、陀罗尼之门等将显现。不会堕入声闻、缘觉之道，也不会从菩提退转，在劫末火灾之际，不会感受痛苦，将转生于佛土。顶礼无垢金贤，能净除短命的业障，从而长寿，且不会遭受疾病和非时而死。能净除转生为贫穷之业障，从而财富圆满。能平息争斗者的害心，从而安住于慈爱。能净除因戒律破损而堕入恶趣之业障，从而戒律清净，生起菩提心。据说此陀罗尼咒语也有无量利益。顶礼无忧德，能平息一切忧伤痛苦，且能长寿，从黑暗地狱中解脱，平息贫困，获得巨大财富，不会被夜叉、罗刹等魔障所侵扰，将从一切疾病中解脱。顶礼说法海，能清净邪见的业障，从而具足正见。能从听不到三宝之名的边地众生堕入恶道中解脱。仅是思念就能获得受用、食物、医药等。能使争斗者生起慈爱之心，从而满足于自己的财富。顶礼现知国王，能平息从事贸易、农业等恶业者之恶心，从而生活富足。能从行持十不善业中扭转，从而具足十善业。能从各种国王的惩罚中解脱。因恶业果报而死亡者，听闻名号后，能转生善趣天界，从而清净恶业之果报。顶礼药师佛，不会破戒，肢体官能没有残缺，能从一切疾病和损害中解脱，能从女身中解脱，能从监禁、殴打、杀害等国王的惩罚中救脱。因悭吝而转生饿鬼，因执持戒律为最胜和以博学为傲慢而转生地狱，以及因嫉妒而自赞毁他而转生三恶道者，也在往昔转生为人时，听闻药师佛名号的善根苏醒，从而迅速从中解脱，

Pacifying the afflictions of the night of suffering, etc., mindfulness, samadhi, the doors of dharani, etc., will manifest. One will not stray into the path of the Hearers and Solitary Realizers, nor will one regress from Bodhi. At the time of the fire at the end of the kalpa, one will not experience suffering, but will be born in a Buddha-field. By paying homage to Stainless Golden Excellence, the obscuration of short life will be purified, and one will have a long life, and will not be affected by disease and untimely death. The karmic obscuration of being born poor will be purified, and one will have abundant wealth. The harmful thoughts of those who fight will be pacified, and one will abide in loving-kindness. The karmic obscuration of being born in the lower realms due to immoral conduct will be purified, and one's conduct will be completely pure, and the mind of Bodhi will arise. It is said that there are also infinite benefits to this dharani mantra. By paying homage to Sorrowless Glory, all sorrow and suffering will be pacified, and one will have a long life. One will be liberated from the dark hells. Poverty will be pacified, and one will obtain great wealth. One will not be affected by harm from yakshas, rakshasas, and other demons, and one will be liberated from all diseases. By paying homage to the Ocean of Dharma Proclamation, the obscuration of wrong views will be purified, and one will possess correct views. One will be liberated from the suffering of sentient beings in remote areas where the sound of the Three Jewels is not heard, who are going to the lower realms. One will obtain enjoyment, food, medicine, etc., merely by thinking of them. Those who fight will develop a mind of loving-kindness, and one will be content with one's own wealth. By paying homage to the King of Manifest Knowledge, the evil thoughts of those who engage in sinful activities such as trade and agriculture will be pacified, and one will have all necessities. One will turn away from engaging in the ten non-virtuous actions, and will possess the ten virtuous actions. One will be liberated from various punishments of kings. Those who die from the fruits of evil deeds, upon hearing the name, will be born in the happy realms of the heavens, and the ripening of evil deeds will be purified. By paying homage to the Buddha Medicine Guru, one will not break one's vows. One's faculties and limbs will be without defect, and one will be liberated from all diseases and harm. One will be liberated from the state of being a woman. One will be saved from imprisonment, beatings, killings, and other punishments of kings. Those who are born as pretas due to stinginess, those who are born in hell due to holding vows as supreme and arrogance from great learning, and those who are born in the three lower realms due to jealousy, praising themselves and disparaging others, even when they were born as humans in the past, the root of virtue from hearing the name of the Medicine Buddha will awaken, and they will quickly be liberated from it.

One will become a practitioner of the Bodhisattva path. No curse or evil spell can harm them. At the time of death, eight Bodhisattvas will bless and guide them to Sukhavati. Alternatively, they will be reborn as a god or human with extraordinary power. If one observes the Upavasa vows for seven days and nights, recites the rituals, and makes offerings and circumambulations to the Buddha's image, they will have a long life, increase in fortune, wealth, and family lineage, and all inauspicious omens and bad dreams, as well as all fears of fire, water, poison, weapons, war, enemies, thieves, wild animals, etc., will be pacified. Untimely death will not occur. Even those whose discipline has deteriorated will not fall into the lower realms. Women will not suffer illness during childbirth, and children will grow up healthy. In particular, merely hearing the name of the Medicine Buddha will prevent one from falling into the lower realms. By prostrating to Shakyamuni Buddha, one can purify the sins of eighty thousand great kalpas, accomplish the mind of great compassion, and become irreversible on the path to unsurpassed enlightenment. In general, by holding, offering, and prostrating to the names of the Tathagatas, all sins and karmic obscurations will be completely exhausted and purified. All diseases and untimely deaths will be pacified, and one will have a long life. Afflictions such as attachment will gradually diminish. Evil demons will not be able to harm, and fighting and conflicts will be pacified. All wishes will be fulfilled as desired. One will be blessed by all the Buddhas. At the time of death, the Tathagatas will remember them, and they will be born miraculously from a lotus in their respective Buddha-fields, immediately manifesting the doors of samadhi and dharani. Until enlightenment is attained, one will never fall into the lower realms, will not regress, will remember past lives, will not forget the mind of enlightenment, and will meet with the Buddhas. Moreover, merely hearing the names of these Buddhas will make one irreversible on the path to unsurpassed enlightenment. By reciting the mantra of Bhaisajyaguru, one can purify karmic obscurations, including the five heinous crimes, and pacify all diseases, evil spirits, and harms. One will gain freedom and wishes will be fulfilled. The Buddhas and their retinues will remember them, and Vajradhara and his retinue will protect and guard them.
