Without stretching out their long arms, all the guides of the three times maintain equanimity. 8. Boundless compassion, excelling in diligence, and with compassion becoming a friend to the helpless. Our teacher, the King of the Shakyas, took the sign in this land of strife and suffering. 9. As long as the sky exists, and as long as the realms of beings are inexhaustible, so too, the compassion of the Victorious Ones is inexhaustible. In the fields of the ten directions, the lions among humans who have passed away in the three times, though their examples and numbers are beyond count, 10. Skilled in means and possessing great compassion, there has never been a teacher like this one. Those with the ten powers, together with their offspring, proclaim the great bell of praise throughout the ocean of realms. 11. The biographies of the Victorious Ones are equal to the sky. In every instant, they liberate from existence. Their miracles are beyond the comprehension of even the noble minds. The twelve and so on are merely mentioned in each direction. 12. The Lord of Dharma, the King of Dharma, the most excellent of his deeds is the turning of the Wheel of Dharma. Even the gods, demons, and Brahma together cannot turn it; it is the most wondrous of miracles. 13. Through the power of the Buddhas, which is beyond thought and expression, the ultimate guidance of beings is the single teaching, which teaches the truth of the nature of reality as it is. It is the definitive meaning of all wheels, the Great Vehicle. 14. Gods, nagas, humans, yakshas, gandharvas, and so on, all beings appear to be the same in language and faculties. The supreme among the noble ones, dwelling in the cloud of Dharma, have summarized from the realms of activity suitable to their respective capacities. 15. All dharmas are shown to be without self-nature, free from elaboration. The supreme wheel, the mother of all Victorious Ones, the text of the Prajnaparamita in One Hundred Thousand Verses, appeared with golden leaves and lapis lazuli letters. 16. That very one, awakened, came in succession as a guest of merit to the gandharvas and garland-holders. The Second Buddha, the Noble Nagarjuna, invited it for the glory of the beings of Jambudvipa. 17. Directly teaching emptiness, it is explained by the assembly of logic. The hidden meaning is greatly elucidated by the Ornament of Clear Realization, etc. Through the great tradition of the Four Chariots, beings are joined to the Perfection of Wisdom. 18. Writing, reading, holding, honoring, and so on, just the scriptures alone have limitless benefits. For the teachings, this is the Dharma that accomplishes the deeds of the Buddhas. It is unparalleled in the lands of Tibet and India.
