Not only does it not have the concept of attachment and craving for the essence and nourishment of food, but also when dedicating the merits of subsequent contemplation and recitation to Bodhi, there is no doubt that "the essence has been taken away?" Although it looks like greed, it will not become unwholesome because the actions of the preliminary, main, and concluding parts are not completed. In addition, the special feature of generating Bodhicitta becomes the supreme method for accomplishing Bodhi, just like the skillful combination and liberation of skillful means. Furthermore, the Abhidharma says: "Although greed and so on are not karma, there are three evil deeds of the mind." It means that the three karmas of the mind are the mental factors of the five omnipresent minds, which are the path of karma but not karma. If all cravings for desire are taken as examples of non-greed, such as the Wheel-Turning King and those with unpleasant sounds, then I would feel that the words of the great scholar are a bit rough. There is also no certainty that not harming others will not benefit oneself. For example, if the goal is to pacify diseases and evil spirits, although it does not harm oneself, it benefits others. Otherwise, if wrong views are created, because it will not displease the Buddha, then those who create wrong views will not produce sinful results. Therefore, with this kind of goal, even if it does not harm others, it is not contradictory to benefit oneself, because samsara and nirvana are said to be the illusion of the mind. When attaining Buddhahood, even if the common karmic appearances are not exhausted, it is not contradictory to appear to be exhausted in one's own awareness. The realm of medicine, mantras, jewels, and meditation is inconceivable, just as although there is no actual food to eat in the sky, death can be delayed by meditating on the samadhi of eating food. It is also not contradictory to the saying "Do not abandon the great because of the small," as the teacher Glorious Sound said, through the ritual of using secret mantras, one can obtain the Vidyadhara who controls life. Through the life of the Vidyadhara itself, it is said that Buddhahood can be achieved. As he said, even if the life of the Vidyadhara is not actually obtained, it is because one has participated in that thought and action, and the greatness lies in accomplishing Bodhi, because there is no thought of abandoning it. Extending life through the merit of doing two benefits is also not necessarily different from the Sutra tradition, just as the mere essence of emptiness is distinguished by the awareness of great bliss, thereby becoming supreme. Merely the essence of the merit to be accomplished

Moreover, it is easier to realize the noble state through mantra because it is distinguished by many characteristics such as the means of accomplishment through mantra, the object of focus, the practice of companionship, i.e., the three great ones, and because Vajradharas distinguish the nature of deity yoga, activities, rituals, etc., into four or six characteristics, etc. In general, merely resembling something does not make it that thing, just like reading sutras and reciting mantras. Performing minor rituals that resemble sutras is not a fault because they are branches of the main practice. Similarly, having practices in the sutra path that resemble those of the Shravakas is not a fault. The third method is only similar to the intention of life-cleansing, but the fourth is not, because that involves taking the life of someone to be subdued, whereas here it involves gathering one's own life force that has been taken by others. In general, if one understands the key to the non-contradiction between sutra and mantra, one can establish all of these as non-contradictory. However, specifically, the realms of activity of worldly people and yogis are not the same. Even among yogis, due to differences in intelligence, as it is said, "The higher ones harm the higher ones," many things that are incomprehensible to the lower ones are taught to the higher ones. However, as long as it does not contradict the realm of ultimate truth, any behavior in relative means is acceptable, and if it is accompanied by a superior intention, everything can become a cause for enlightenment, so although it appears contradictory, it is actually established as non-contradictory. As it says in "Purifying the Obscurations of the Mind": "With a good intention, placing saliva on the head of the Buddha, and similarly, someone else wiping it off, both attained kingship. Therefore, at the root of intention, merit and demerit are distinct. Since the scriptures say so, there is no fault in a virtuous mind." And in the "Twenty Verses on Vows": "Because of compassion and loving-kindness, there is no fault in a virtuous mind." And, "Seeing the benefit of others with affection, even those things that are prohibited are allowed." Even in the common vehicle, this is clearly shown. So, in mantra, something that would cause one to fall into lower realms if done by others is skillfully transformed into a cause for enlightenment through non-perverted means. With great and correct means, the yogi accomplishes the benefit of the world; this should be done.
