The Crown King, white as a snow mountain, possesses a thousand heads, a thousand hands, and a thousand feet. The root face has two hundred, peaceful and compassionate, and is white; the right face has two hundred, charming and brave, and is yellow; the back face has two hundred, fierce and violent, and is red; the left face has two hundred, majestic and diverse, and is green; the upper face has two hundred, ugly and terrifying, and is blue. The faces are sometimes smiling and sometimes angry, with various postures, and each eye is marked with three eyes. The first right hand holds a wheel making the gesture of protection and giving, the lower hands hold a wheel, a vajra, a wish-fulfilling jewel, lotuses, and various vajras, each holding a hundred. The first left hand holds a parasol with an arrow, white and adorned with a precious top. Below that, each holds a hundred bows and arrows, iron hooks, ropes, and burning swords. The five hundred right feet are contracted, causing fear, and the five hundred left feet are extended, suppressing all demons. Clothed in divine garments and precious ornaments, with sidelong glances, counting, waving, etc., countless eyes, hundreds and thousands, fill every part of the body. On the crown of the head is the mark of a burning flame, and the diadem holds seven hundred million Buddhas. Supreme offering, protecting from suffering, subduing the unruly, in the midst of boundless light, dwells in the manner of completely punishing the wicked. With the power of the vast vajra, he controls all the mandalas of the three realms, becoming the great master who saves all sentient beings from fear. The three seed syllables in the three places, Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡) on the moon disc in the heart. Light radiates, inviting the wisdom being to dissolve. I beseech the Bhagavan Tathagata's Uṣṇīṣa-born White Umbrella Mother Vajra Uṣṇīṣa Great Repeller, who has a thousand hands, a thousand heads, and a hundred thousand eyes, with an indestructible blazing mark, the great Vajra expanse, who possesses great power in the three realms, to protect us and our retinue from all sides.
