于处无执之供品，以祈愿咒语及手印，三摩地而善修，献内外密之供养。凡是对您作轻蔑者，国王、火、毒、瘟疫及邪引者等杀死后，亦恒常于地狱中煎熬。若对您轻蔑及诽谤，即是对诸佛作轻蔑及诽谤。寝具、坐垫、鞋及伞，手杖、诘问者等，徒劳无功、失威损福、为病所侵。于身之影生障碍，如毁坏佛塔般宣说。如是所作一一忏悔。从内心诋毁上师者，于梦中亦不成就。上师功德应受持，过失何时皆不应。受持功德得成就，说罪过失坏成就。我之三门不谨慎，所作诸罪皆忏悔。您之一毛之功德，亦于三时之，诸佛事业之，雨亦不能造，故于您及您之随从，于您作供养及顶礼等，于不尽之福德作者，至极欢喜而随喜。于无数劫中于经续，听闻思维修习善勤学，然无上师之口诀，不获加持次第如是说。获上师之口诀，胜成就，不费力而得故，我等为从系缚解脱之故，劝请转甚深之法轮。光明俱生大乐，一切空性上师之，以恩德而得显明故，我若未获加持者，劳苦如是无果。上师所施咒语及，手印不得获故，不离忧伤我祈请。于高处天界之主，于地上转轮之，于地下具力者之相。嗡（藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡）字清净为明之最，有情之导师父母亲，友伴及怙主作者与，罪灭功德一切之处，敬礼金刚瑜伽者。普行之智慧具动静，无有来去而周遍者，胜士群中之雄能仁主，贫乏及无怙一切之，救护如意宝，以不尽之轮回摧

Offerings without attachment to any place, through aspirations, mantras, mudras, and samadhi, perfectly accomplished, offer the outer, inner, and secret offerings. All those who despise you, may they be killed by kings, fire, poison, plagues, and misleading spirits, and may they be constantly tormented in hell. If one despises and slanders you, it is despising and slandering all the Buddhas. Bedding, cushions, shoes, and umbrellas, walking sticks, and those who question, are futile, diminish glory and fortune, and are afflicted by illness. Obstructing the shadow of the body, it is said to be like destroying a stupa. Whatever such actions have been done, I confess them individually. From the heart, to revile the teacher, will not be accomplished even in dreams. The teacher's qualities should be upheld, but faults should never be. Upholding qualities brings accomplishment, speaking of faults diminishes accomplishment. Due to my three doors being unmindful, I confess all the wrongdoings. Even a single hair of your merit, even in the three times, of all the Buddhas' activities, cannot create rain, therefore, to you and your followers, to make offerings and prostrations to you, and to those who create inexhaustible merit, I rejoice exceedingly. In countless eons, in the sutras and tantras, even if one diligently studies hearing, thinking, and meditating, without the guru's oral instructions, it is said that one will not find the stages of blessings. Obtaining the guru's instructions, the supreme accomplishment, will be obtained effortlessly, therefore, for the sake of liberating myself and others from bondage, I urge you to turn the wheel of profound Dharma. The great bliss of clear light, co-emergent, the emptiness of all things, through the kindness of the guru, will become clear, therefore, if I do not find the blessings, the effort will be fruitless. The mantras and mudras bestowed by the guru will not be found, therefore, I pray that I may not be separated from sorrow. In the high heavenly realms, the lord of the gods, on the earth, the wheel-turner, in the underworld, the form of the powerful one. Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡), the pure syllable, the supreme of knowledge, the teacher, parents, and relatives of sentient beings, friends, protectors, creators, the place of destroying faults and all qualities, I prostrate to the Vajra yogi. The wisdom of universal going, possessing stability and movement, without coming and going, pervading all, the supreme among beings, the capable lord, the protector of all the poor and helpless, the wish-fulfilling jewel, crushing with inexhaustible samsara.

Beloved Guru! In this life and the next, with all my heart, I rely on you with devotion through the three doors of body, speech, and mind. In Vajrayana, taking a guru is repeatedly said to be the root of all vows. Inferior intoxicating offerings and fire offerings, if lacking ghee, are like fruitless grains, meaningless. Just as without a guru, Dharma cannot be accomplished. Therefore, among all vows, especially strive to uphold the vows to the guru. May I at all times and places accomplish the deeds of the glorious guru. May I accomplish whatever pleases you and abandon whatever displeases you. If you are pleased, what we obtain will surpass even attaining perfect enlightenment. If you are displeased, there is no hope of attaining enlightenment in this life. May all the virtues of myself and others in the past, present, and future, gather into a force, enabling me to attain supreme accomplishment in this life, and always please and make offerings to the guru. We, who are trapped in the prison of samsara, have no other refuge than you. Therefore, I pray with uninterrupted devotion, beseeching you to look upon us with compassion, never forsaking us. May the body of the Vajra Guru and my body be inseparable, blessed to become the Vajra Body. May I accomplish all the teachings of the glorious guru and obtain the Vajra Speech inseparable from the guru's speech. May I hold the secret treasury of the guru's mind, and may my mind and the guru's mind be blessed to merge inseparably. In the state of bliss-emptiness union, emptiness and great compassion, may I realize the supreme state of union of the generation and completion stages, inseparable from skillful means and wisdom, and directly realize the unborn clear light. May I become indistinguishable from the actual Vajradhara. May I directly see the guru as the true Buddha and possess vast samadhi inseparable from shamatha and vipashyana. May I be liberated from the grasping and the grasped of samsara through the pure and stainless conduct of body, speech, and mind. Through inconceivable, inexpressible, and immeasurably vast supreme skillful means, may I immediately attain the supreme accomplishment of the Lord of the Four Kayas, and having placed beings as infinite as space in the supreme vehicle, quickly fill all realms with benefit and happiness, I pray for your blessing!
