As a condition for accomplishment, I have given the profound essence extraction instructions. Those who are seized by demons due to seeking gain and honor, bound tightly by the rope of miserliness, and whose minds are transformed by strings of false histories—how amusing are the fools who impart instructions! This, called the Fifth Stage of Essence Extraction Instructions, was written down by the renunciate Gendun Gyatso Pal Zangpo with the intention to benefit others. May it be virtuous!
