The preliminary recitation combining three of the Tummo Seven-Day Practice is: Om Ah Hum. Vajradhara who purifies the three doors, Precious Guru who grants siddhis, The three seed syllables, the essence of all mantras, Here, strive for the single stream of the profound path. To the Buddha, Dharma, and Supreme Assembly, Until enlightenment, I take refuge, In order to accomplish the two benefits of self and others, May I swiftly attain perfect Buddhahood. Om Ah Hum. Instantly, transform yourself into Vajradhara, one face, two arms. Om, all forms are the essence of the Vajra body of Vairocana, dissolving into light, the celestial palace is accomplished. Ah, all sounds are the essence of the Vajra speech of Amitabha, dissolving into light, the lotus and moon seat are accomplished. Hum, the essence of your own mind is Vajradhara, body color blue, one face, two arms, holding a vajra and bell, embracing the consort. In his lap is the consort Vajrayogini, body color red, one face, two arms, holding a curved knife and skull cup, embracing the father. Both are adorned with bone ornaments and jewels, beautifully dressed in various silks. Seated in the vajra and lotus posture. On top of the four-tiered seat on his crown, from Om Ah Hum, the nature of the collection of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas of the ten directions and three times, your own kind root guru is the essence of the union of Heruka Vajradhara, father and mother. Om Ah Hum. Recite this as much as possible. Recite the prayer of whatever root guru you have. Then offer the mandala: Svabhavas, purify all dharmas into emptiness.
