Invite and welcome them to the space in front. Offer with Om Vajra Argham, etc. Please grant me empowerment. After praying like this, the goddesses emanated from the hearts of the five families empower with the nectar of the vase. The body is filled, impurities are cleansed. From the remaining water swirling upwards, think of the five families, with Amitabha as the chief, adorning the head. If you are not happy, then according to the meaning of the root text of the instructions, the self is clear as the Samaya Being. It is also okay to hold the mind knowing that Samaya and Wisdom are inseparable from the beginning. In any case, the deity's form appears but its nature is not established, like a rainbow, focus on it with one mind, and meditating until clear appearance arises is the yoga of the generation stage of the body. Then, to do the recitation of faults, by saying Om Mani Padme Hum Om Mani Padme Hum), the Wisdom Being separates from one's own heart and dwells in the space in front. From my mantra garland, the mantra garland radiates with light. Striking the heart of the Wisdom Being, offer offerings that please body, speech, and mind. Gathered back and absorbed into oneself, think that the lineage is blessed. With such expansion and contraction, with the mind that speech is empty and inseparable, and that all sounds of stability and movement are the self-sound of the six syllables, with one-pointed devotion, recite Om Mani Padme Hum Om Mani Padme Hum). During the condensed generation stage, it is sufficient to recite only with the lower object, which is the yoga of speech recitation. Then, think that the Wisdom Being in front dissolves into oneself. The body should be endowed with the conduct of body, thought, and contemplation. The eyes stare blankly into space. Leaving the breath flowing naturally, all appearances, represented by the deity's mantra in the mind, are determined to be merely appearances, not established by nature, but merely manifestations of one's own mind. By looking intently at its own face, in the realm where the wisdom of awareness and emptiness, free from the three of birth, cessation, and abiding, naturally arises, relax the mind and rest in equanimity. If a collection of thoughts arises, do not give in to it, but maintain the unforgetting, ungrasping self-face, which is the yoga of the mind's clear light. At the time of collecting the session, think that all the vessels and contents of the three realms dissolve into light and dissolve into oneself. Oneself dissolves into the seed syllable Hrih

Then, contemplate being in a state of non-objective, luminous emptiness, and remain in that state. When arising from that state, again, in an instant, contemplate yourself becoming the form of the noble Avalokiteśvara. By this virtue, may I quickly attain Avalokiteśvara, etc., conclude with dedication and aspiration, and then engage in daily activities. This is the yoga of transference (phowa). If done at the end of the actual practice of recitation, it is sufficient to leave the rosary, etc., in a non-objective state and meditate. If done at other times, first take refuge and generate bodhicitta, and then visualize yourself as the deity in an instant. In any case, in the center of your body, visualize the central channel (uma) as straight, clear, and empty like a tube. The upper end is inserted into the Brahma aperture, appearing like an open trumpet, and the lower end is rounded at the point four fingers below the navel. At the heart, visualize the essence of your own inseparable wind and mind as Avalokiteśvara, like a complete sphere of light. Above the crown of your head, visualize the guru Amitabha with his retinue. Through devotion and longing, light radiates from the heart of Amitabha. Touching the wisdom being, the light shoots straight through the central channel like a shooting star. Contemplate it dissolving into the heart, mixing the expanse of reality and awareness, and remain in equanimity. Again, contemplate the light descending and abiding as before. When this kind of visualization reaches its peak, contemplate Amitabha going to Sukhavati (the Pure Land of Bliss) through a path of rainbow light, and also purify your own appearance of illusory form into non-objectivity, settling the mind in the nature of reality. During session breaks, one can rise, etc. This is the visualization sequence of the transference practice in the manner of mustard seeds, related to the body guidance. The transference practice in the manner of sound and letters as seeds is similar to the above, except that in the place of the wisdom being, contemplate the seed syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: sha) at the navel. Transferring the mind into luminosity means not focusing on the three spheres, but settling the mind in an inconceivable luminosity. Combining the three, contemplate the wisdom being with the seed syllable (Tibetan: ཧྲཱིཿ, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीः, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ, Chinese literal meaning: sha) marked at the heart, and by practicing the transference of luminosity in the manner of extensive planting, the meaning will be accomplished. The third part has two aspects: the yoga of daytime and the yoga of nighttime. The first is: In this way, visualize all phenomena of appearance, sound, and thought as the body, speech, and mind of the noble ones.
