The tip is slightly bent and inserted into the secret place. The yellow end of the single vajra faces the center and is inserted into the anus. About one finger's breadth below the upper end of the central channel is the crown chakra, which is green. The forehead is black. The throat is red. The heart is white. The navel is yellow, these five chakras each have four petals. Towards the lower abdomen, the secret chakra is blue with six petals. Corresponding to each chakra, there is a handle of a single vajra connected to the central channel. The chakras are wrapped around the three channels, as if hollow branches grow from them. The crown, head, and throat all face downwards. Meditate on the heart facing upwards. In the central channel of the crown, there is a white bindu like a cow's udder. At the navel, visualize the tummo as a club-shaped, red, both clearly visualized as four fingers in size. By filling with vase breathing, the firelight of tummo greatly increases. The chakras and all bodily diseases are covered with red light, generating warmth and heat. Visualize the bindu melting, white light descending along the central channel, filling with light, and generating comfort. After meditating several times, merge the burning and dripping into the tummo, and remain in non-conceptualization. This belongs to the category of true generation stage, but it is a special extraction of the completion stage, so it is placed as a part of the completion stage, and it is very important for beginners. Achieving melting bliss and non-dripping through these practices is a virtue. Meditation is: The body posture is the same as others, except that the hands form the equanimity mudra. Lower the gaze to the tip of the nose. Like recollection, the four joys are perfected during upper stabilization. During lower stabilization, meditate on vase breathing at each chakra. After obtaining two grounds at each chakra, when meditating on vase breathing at the crown, believe that the twelve grounds of meditation have been perfected. If the vase breathing is not up to standard, then settle the mind on the inseparability of emptiness and bliss in each chakra, thereby purifying the collection of semen, particles, wind, and mind, abandoning the habits of dripping bliss of the three doors of samsara, and generating faith in attaining the state of Vajradhara, the nature of body, speech, mind, and wisdom vajra. These are the great practices of mind vajra recollection meditation, and ultimately the limbs of the cause and effect of virtue. What is needed here is, during finger visualization, to perform binding and coercion; during life force operation, to mix life force with downward-moving force, to perform wind exchange; recollection of the special features of the illusion wheel, etc.

The extensive explanation of the oral instructions on the Six Yogas of Orgyen Drolma Gonshak, clearly presented in a single session. However, for beginners, it is difficult to grasp more than this, so I have not written more here, fearing too many words. Whether walking, sitting, lying down, in happiness or suffering, good or bad, at any time, do not lose the three steadfast vows; this is the best way to practice. If you wish to meditate on other subtle practices such as the transference of dream luminosity, it is clearly explained in the text itself. In general, the six branches are connected in a cause-and-effect relationship, so if the earlier practices are properly developed in the mindstream, the later ones will be without difficulty. Therefore, first, focus on the essential points of gathering the senses, and once stability is achieved, the branches of the instructions such as dream yoga will naturally fall under the sway of experience. For the initial, superficial practice of beginners, neither obstacles nor hindrances will arise too severely. When signs of progress appear, the instructions needed to clear obstacles and remove hindrances are explained elsewhere and are also very important. The instructions for the preliminary and main practices, one's own experiences, and the ways the guru introduces them are all very secret, and should not even be shown as examples to those who have not received these instructions. Do not let the five obscurations, such as sleep, control you. In particular, do not have even the slightest doubt about the guru and the Dharma. Whatever signs or appearances arise, abandon attachment, joy, fear, and terror, and generate certainty in the instructions. Protect the root vows without letting them degenerate. Protect the other branches as much as possible, and if they become degenerate, purify and confess them with the Hundred Syllable Mantra, self-entry, tsok offerings, fire offerings, and so on. At all times, believe in the uncommon, profound secrets, and from the depths of your heart, with faith, repeatedly recite the profound aspiration prayers, so that in this life or another, you will manifest the unchanging bliss and the all-supreme, all-encompassing emptiness united, the wisdom body that cannot be consumed by obstacles. The single path traversed by all the Buddhas of the three times, the essence of the minds of the masters of the ten bhumis, the unparalleled footprints of hundreds of thousands of accomplished ones, proclaimed in one voice by all the wise and accomplished ones. Because of ignorance, one is at a loss, so to be equal with oneself, I have written down the exhortations of the holy ones, confessing faults, and may the three realms, through virtue, conquer the fear of transference and attain unchanging bliss.
