The Kalachakra. Like the reflection in a mirror mantra diagram, it transforms into a body of stainless wisdom. Thus, in the clear form of the indivisible deity body, abandoning other discursive thoughts, one should remain in equanimity as it is. If one wishes to recite one's own mantra to dispel the distraction of discursive thoughts, light radiates from the heart of the Kalachakra, appearances are purified into clear light, all beings become the body of the Kalachakra, transforming into a great play of wisdom. Thus, one should remain in equanimity, viewing appearances and existence as pure. Furthermore, one should recite Om Hrim Kshamala Varaya Hum Phat Svaha, eliminating the five flaws of the moon, either verbally or mentally, as desired. Finally, when concluding the session, all the Buddhas of the phenomenal world and realms of existence dissolve into light, merging into oneself, and oneself and the consort also merge into the Lord. Transforming into an extremely subtle bindu, it vanishes into emptiness. Again, oneself arises as the deity body. Thus, if one wishes to practice the completion stage, one should practice any of the six yogas at this time. Here, the essence of the six yogas is condensed into the heart essence, and practiced in a single session: On the seat of meditation, the body is straight, in the lotus position, with fists placed on the thighs, etc., acting in accordance with the precepts, one should properly adjust the breath, leaving a gap between the teeth like the size of a pea, and let the breath remain natural for a while. The eyes should not be closed too much, but should be focused on the darkness of space in front of the eyebrows, without moving, and the mind should be free from the elaboration of discursive thoughts, thus remaining in the three stabilities. During the retraction, if empty forms appear, there is no need to focus on them specifically, but mainly on space. During meditation, if empty forms do not appear, then space is the main focus, and if empty forms appear, then empty forms are the main focus, and the place of abiding is the same. Smoke, mirages, fireflies, lamps, the appearance of space, yellow, white, red, black, and the light of lightning, bindus, the constant appearance known as the great bindu, all appearances are empty forms, which are the mind nature of no-mind, the radiance of the self-existing luminosity, the unerring great seal of all supreme aspects, which is all aspects. This is the true language of the first Buddha's Dharma. Thus, whether one is accustomed to or not accustomed to retraction meditation, one should first strive to transform the initial natural breath into Vajra recitation as much as possible, and then slowly hold the breath as much as possible, combining it with Vajra recitation, and thus ultimately accomplish kumbhaka.

It is considered that it will be accomplished. The Vajra recitation that blocks the wind is not like blocking recitation, but the three of inhaling, filling, and exhaling are combined, and only one repetition of the three-syllable mantra is needed, no more. Like fierce wind and vase breathing, etc., mentioning "suppression" refers to performing special actions between oneself and filling and exhaling. Its nature is no different from filling. Therefore, Vajra recitation and the practice of combined wind, when mixed with life force and empty body, are unparalleled. Thus, through the power of life force, the action of wind entering the central channel, abiding, and dissolving, is specially accomplished below the navel. Afterwards, again in the upper chakras and secret places, etc., with the three special actions of abiding and dissolving, skillfully combining red and white bindus, thereby stabilizing upwards, obtaining the first ground, this is "holding," although there are separate oral instructions, most accomplished masters believe that only the oral instructions of life force are sufficient, and believe that the fruit accomplished by this is "holding." Next, the actual mindfulness is: relying on the three seals, reaching the ultimate of the fourth joy of upward stabilization, completely accomplishing the merits of the sixteen mindfulnesses. As its fruit, the sixteen joys of Samadhi-based are perfected, accomplishing the merits of the seven branches, eight freedoms, and twenty-three unions, obtaining the position of Vajrasattva, etc., are the stages of the six-branch yoga in the true sense. In order to practice the latter three branches as the "path of aspiration," it is praised to strive to practice Tummo yoga to accomplish its special causes. That is, visualize oneself as the union of the parents of Kalachakra, in the center of one's body, the central channel has four characteristics, like an arrow shaft, below the navel it is green, above it is blue, the left and right Rōma and Kyoungma channels are white and red, thinner than the lobes of the central channel, the upper end has the left and right nostrils, the lower end sinks into the central channel, that is, four fingers below the navel of the central channel, there is the shape of Brahma's fire pillar, the navel is yellow ཧོཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: होः, Romanized Sanskrit: hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: roar), the heart is blue ཧཱུྃ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हुँ, Romanized Sanskrit: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: hum), the upper end has ཧཾ (Tibetan, Devanagari: हं, Romanized Sanskrit: haṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: hang) like Banu, It is like a round red flower fruit, the middle is slightly slender like Banu, covering the upper end of the central channel. Then eliminate the impure air. Perform the practice of the four combined winds. Visualize the airflow of the Rōma and Kyoungma channels entering the lower end of the central channel, the fire of Brahma burns. Touching the syllable ཧོཿ (Tibetan, Devanagari: होः, Romanized Sanskrit: hoḥ, Literal Chinese meaning: roar).
