The Fifteenth Volume of the Instructions Treasury: A Summary of the Commentary on the Six Limbs of the Yoga of Glorious Kalachakra. The Fifteenth Volume of the Instructions Treasury. A Summary of the Commentary on the Six Limbs of the Yoga of Glorious Kalachakra. The Summary of the Commentary on the Six Limbs of the Yoga of Glorious Kalachakra is complete. This is a commentary on the short text of Shavari. In Sanskrit: Yoga Shat Anga Vriti Hridayam Pandi Nama. In Tibetan: Called "A Summary of the Commentary on the Six Limbs of Yoga." Homage to Glorious Vajrasattva! Now, the six limbs of yoga will be explained. Having praised in this way, one vows to explain. Practicing the vowed instructions has two parts. First, the method of practice also has three parts. Briefly stated: Cutting off the conceptual thoughts of the five senses individually grasping the five objects; and when seeing various empty forms such as smoke, the mind does not waver to other things but remains constantly; and when stopping the effort of the life-force winds flowing from the right and left, it enters the central channel bindu; and when the wind has entered the central channel, it similarly seizes the bindu of HAM (藏文,梵文天城体,haṃ,含义:seed syllable) at the crown of the head; and by the power of the wind seizing the bindu of HAM (藏文,梵文天城体,haṃ,含义:seed syllable), the bodhicitta melts, and one remembers the mudra following the tummo fire that has entered the time-fire and blazes in the navel; and the samadhi of unchanging bliss and emptiness arises from relying on the great mudra empty form. Thus, the basis is the mind-nature of sentient beings, the path is the non-conceptual samadhi yogini, and the result is the Buddha who benefits sentient beings with the non-conceptual wisdom body. In this way, the kings of tantras such as the Glorious Kalachakra have spoken of the six limbs of skillful means that cause yogis to become Buddhas. Second, the extensive explanation has six parts. First, the individual cutting off has three parts. The meaning of individual cutting off: the five senses such as the eye do not take the five objects such as forms. The method has three parts. First, practicing day and night yoga has two parts. Practicing night yoga: In a secluded room with characteristics, sit on a comfortable seat, and practice with the three immovabilities. Among these, keeping the body still: sit in the vajra posture, spine

Straighten the body upright. Place both hands on the knees, or form the mudra of equipoise. Keep the neck slightly bent, and the body still. The eyes should be neither open nor closed, but fixed like an awl, with the pupils unmoving. Look at the sky twelve or sixteen finger-widths above the nostrils. As it is said: "The two eyes neither open nor closed." Speech should be kept still, not deliberately holding the breath, nor deliberately exhaling, but remaining natural. If it is not kept in this way, there will be no occurrence of hot diseases caused by too much air entering, and cold diseases caused by too much exhaling. Keeping the mind still means that the mind is not fabricated, but remains in its natural state, and awareness is now solely focused on not thinking about anything, relaxing and abiding in samadhi without distraction. There are four of these: Keeping awareness in the present without grasping: The body does not move or stir, and the eyes are kept wide open like an awl. Speech does not move, and the breath remains natural. The mind does not cut off the past, nor does it welcome the future, and in the present, there is no calculation. Awareness is in the present, unfabricated, and abiding in the natural state of non-grasping, without distraction, entering into samadhi. As it is said: "In the beginning, it is free from beginning and end, in the middle, show just a little, abide in that, abandon that, and in that, ten signs will arise." This is keeping the three times in non-grasping. The samadhi that accompanies the intermediate state of the three realms is: Keeping awareness focused on one point means that the body and speech do not move, abiding as before, and the mind, eyes, and breath are focused on the sky directly in front of the brow, abiding in samadhi. As it is said: "The mind, eyes, and breath in the sky, the skilled yogi practices simultaneously, and the qualities of the Victorious One will surely arise. This is the word of the All-Knowing One." This is the instruction to show and keep awareness in one door, like tying a monkey in one place. Keeping the mind without thinking about anything means that the body and speech do not move, abiding as before. The mind is unfabricated, abiding in its natural state, not thinking about anything, not paying attention to anything, and abiding in samadhi without distraction. As it is said: "Not relying on something as something, turn something into non-something. The mind is made not-mind, do not think about anything." This is
