This life will surely change. Fourth, there are two additional meanings: the oral instructions for becoming a Buddha in the bardo, and the oral instructions for the mudra of desire. First: This oral instruction for becoming a Buddha in the bardo, apply the lower air to the upper orifices, those who possess the oral instructions for the six yogas, even without practice, will accomplish seven lifetimes. Signs of gathering individually will arise, and if death comes, that is the certain path to meet with the earth, and thereby attain accomplishment. Second: The oral instruction for the six yogas of desire, descending, holding, obstructing, sending to the place and fixing the root aim, mixing the air with the six yogas. The postures of gathering individually are, doing fiercely, binding, harmonizing, meditating fiercely on emptiness form, holding the air by forceful rotation, head to between the eyebrows, fiercely holding the air-mind in the bindu, in desire, combining with many karma mudras, making great bliss equal in taste and pure. Third, concluding the general with essential advice for practice: As it is said, "There is no other supreme that can be accomplished," therefore, one must definitely practice this. It is said, "Discrimination, meditation, and the wheel of the world," so what should be done with the generation stage and so on? This is what was said by the feet of Kalachakra. Third, the meaning of the conclusion: The oral instruction of the six-limbed yoga, the oral transmission of the face-to-face instruction made by the feet of Kalachakra is complete. Translated by Pandit Somanatha and the translator Dro Sherab Drak. This well-known Kalachakra Ear-Lineage is a special instruction in the root verses of the oral instructions of the six-limbed long transmission. A detailed explanation and guidance should be widely known from the texts. The oral instruction of the Kalachakra Near Transmission, the small treatise on the six-limbed yoga of glorious Shavari, has four explanations: the meaning of the name, the salutation of the translation, the meaning of the text, and the meaning of the conclusion. First: In Sanskrit: โยคษોฑངྒนཱม (Sanskrit Devanagari, yoga-ṣoḍaṅga-nāma, Yoga Six Limbs - Name), in Tibetan: རྣལ་འབྱོར་ཡན་ལག་དྲུག་པ་ཞེས་བྱ་བ། (ral 'byor yan lag drug pa zhes bya ba, named Yoga Six Limbs). Second: Homage to glorious Vajradhara. Third, there are two: brief explanation and extensive explanation. First: ༈ སོ་སོར་གཅོད་དང་བསམ་གཏན་དང༌།། སྲོག་རྩོལ་དེ་བཞིན་འཛིན་པ་དང༌།། རྗེས་སུ་དྲན་པ་ཏིང་ངེ་འཛིན།། རྣལ་འབྱོར་ཡན་ལག་དྲུག་ཏུ་གསུངས།། (so sor gcod dang bsam gtan dang, srog rtsol de bzhin 'dzin pa dang, rjes su dran pa ting nge 'dzin, rnal 'byor yan lag drug tu gsungs, Separation, meditation, and life effort, likewise holding, mindfulness, samadhi, are said to be the six limbs of yoga). Second, there are six, the first is separation.

The limbs are: Firstly, the limb of immovability: Immovability is when, with the three perfections, the ten winds are contained within the dhūtī, and signs arise of the cessation of inner and outer thoughts. This is the limb of individually severing. Secondly, the limb of contemplation: Contemplation is when the signs are seen to be stable, and there is wisdom, analysis, joy, and bliss, and one-pointedness, immovability, and non-thought. This is the limb of contemplation. Thirdly, the limb of life-force exertion: Life-force exertion is when, with the ten winds contained within the central channel, the winds themselves travel back and forth within the bindus of the four chakras. This is the limb of life-force exertion. Fourthly, the limb of retention: Retention is when, with the life-force wind contained within the bindu, the wind and mind are in the great bliss chakra, and one holds onto the bindu of Haṃ (藏文:ཧཾ,梵文天城体:हं,梵文罗马拟音:haṃ,汉语字面意思:Hum). This is the limb of retention. Fifthly, the limb of recollection: Recollection is when, through the power of the wind and mind holding onto the bindu, there is the appearance of the light and fire of tummo, and there arises a special bliss and warmth. This is the limb of recollection. Sixthly, the limb of samādhi: Samādhi is when, with the ten signs perfected, there arises the appearance of the great bindu. On the various great bindu, there appear black lines of rekha. Then, one sees the six realms and so forth, and extremely subtle nirmāṇakāyas, and many sambhogakāyas. These are various luminous images. When the mind dissolves into that, the limb of samādhi is perfected. Fourthly, the meaning of the conclusion: This is called the six limbs of yoga, spoken by the glorious Śavaripa, the Lord of Power, to the paṇḍita Mahāvibhūticandra. He spoke it after translating it into his own language. This is a special text on the near lineage of the six yogas according to the Śavaripa system. Auspiciousness)! May this selected woodblock print of Vajra Yoga, with its mountain-like number, be dedicated as a source of merit before the lama by the petitioners, Lhutso, Lhatso A-phruk, and the three of them.
