巴纳。用锐利的智慧搅动吧，定日瓦！对于懒惰懈怠的人，不会生起修行的心。生命没有空闲，修行吧，定日瓦！无论对外境现象如何思索，心中都要下定决心，定日瓦！最初修行没有融入正轨，之后障碍会很多，定日瓦！将错觉执为实有，轮回无法穷尽。明白幻象就足够了，定日瓦！如果自己不独自修持，新鲜的体验不会生起，定日瓦！如果不将死亡无常铭记于心，精进会被懒惰夺走，定日瓦！这次不从轮回的泥潭中脱身，就会滑倒，定日瓦！如果不能调伏自心，作害的敌人不会减少。放开知觉就安乐，定日瓦！思虑过多，分别念的风暴就会升起。让知觉保持新鲜吧，定日瓦！对于从轮回苦难中救度的上师，尽你所有地承侍恭敬吧，定日瓦！如果修行者不舍弃贪欲之心，见解就不会脱离边见，定日瓦！如果不执着于轮回的世俗法，就是殊胜的人，定日瓦！内心没有领悟，就会说空洞的言辞。将真实义像糠秕一样抛弃，定日瓦！与具有经验的上师交流，领悟就会增长，定日瓦！无论今生如何努力维持生计，都是徒劳。要努力获得佛法，定日瓦！抓住具有诀窍的上师的心，要彻底磨练，定日瓦！不明白却假装明白，自欺欺人的人，死后会堕入恶趣，定日瓦！在这准备来世资粮的时刻，不要说无意义的世间闲话，定日瓦！去寂静处和寺庙，独自修行。新鲜的体验会生起，定日瓦！死主恶魔何时到来无法预料，所以要迅速修行，定日瓦！如果没有将修行作为最重要的事，一生就白白浪费了，定日瓦！无论做什么，如果没有作为神圣的佛法来做，权势和财富也无益处，定日瓦！上天堂、做人、下地狱，去哪里？问问你自己的心吧，定日瓦！在拉堆巴（藏文地名，今西藏日喀则地区）的定日（藏文地名，今西藏日喀则地区定日县）上师眷属中，所有眷属聚集在一起。统领千军万马的首领，不知去向何方，阿杂惹（梵文，Acarya，阿阇梨，意为导师）乞丐定日瓦！

Pana. Stir with sharp wisdom, Dingriwa! For the lazy and indolent, the mind for practice will not arise. Life has no leisure, practice, Dingriwa! No matter how you contemplate external phenomena, make a firm decision in your heart, Dingriwa! If the initial practice is not integrated into the mainstream, later there will be many obstacles, Dingriwa! Holding illusion as reality, samsara will never end. Understanding illusion is enough, Dingriwa! If you do not practice alone, fresh experiences will not arise, Dingriwa! If you do not impress impermanence of death upon your mind, diligence will be stolen by laziness, Dingriwa! If you do not escape from the swamp of samsara this time, you will slip, Dingriwa! If you cannot tame your own mind, the harming enemies will not decrease. Releasing awareness is blissful, Dingriwa! If there are many thoughts, the storms of conceptual thoughts will rise. Keep awareness fresh, Dingriwa! To the Lama who liberates from samsara and suffering, serve and respect him with all you have, Dingriwa! If a person does not abandon the mind of desire, the view will not be free from extremes, Dingriwa! If you do not cling to worldly dharmas, you are a noble person, Dingriwa! Without inner understanding, you will speak empty words. Discard the true meaning like chaff, Dingriwa! Discuss with a Lama who has experience, understanding will increase, Dingriwa! No matter how you try to maintain your livelihood in this life, it is in vain. Strive to obtain the Dharma, Dingriwa! Grasp the heart of the Lama who has the instructions, sharpen and refine thoroughly, Dingriwa! Those who do not understand but pretend to understand, self-deceiving liars, will fall into lower realms after death, Dingriwa! At this time of preparing provisions for the next life, do not speak meaningless worldly gossip, Dingriwa! Go to retreats and monasteries, and practice alone. Fresh experiences will arise, Dingriwa! The evil lord of death may come at any time, so practice quickly, Dingriwa! If you do not make the sacred Dharma the most important thing, your life will be wasted, Dingriwa! Whatever you do, if you do not do it as sacred Dharma, power and wealth are useless, Dingriwa! Going to heaven, being human, going to hell, where to go? Ask your own mind, Dingriwa! In the entourage of the Lama of Lhatö Palgyi Dingri (藏文地名，今西藏日喀则地区定日县), all the entourage gathered together. The leader who commands thousands of troops, nowhere to be found, Acarya beggar Dingriwa!
