停止吧，丁日巴！放下今生的事务来修行吧！ 为了衣食而亏损，丁日巴！神法是来世的干粮啊，孩子！ 让身语意都安乐吧，丁日巴！在积累二资粮的境地里，六道众生都是珍贵的。 用慈爱和悲心来双重守护吧，丁日巴！不要与前后念头混杂。 经常修习禅定吧，丁日巴！能取所取，清楚地显示为轮回之因。 放下特意执着吧，丁日巴！像初一的月亮一样增长的。 随喜并劝勉吧，丁日巴！回向菩提是殊胜的口诀。 用无缘的广大来获得吧，丁日巴！恶友的行为是会传染的。 与善良的朋友交往吧，丁日巴！懒惰懈怠是精进衰退的原因。 穿上盔甲吧，丁日巴！如果缘起之理清明，就会显现。 不要贪恋愚痴的睡眠，丁日巴！知足是珍贵的财富。 舍弃欲望的奴役吧，丁日巴！闻思和证悟不会增长功德。 舍弃傲慢吧，丁日巴！不要说有空闲做善事，要努力精进。 没有时间可以停留啊，丁日巴！如果得到上师的摄受，极度令上师欢喜。 无边的功德就会产生啊，丁日巴！不要自以为是年轻人，要断除增益。 对佛法要充满渴望啊，丁日巴！今生的许多思虑是轮回之因。 丢弃占卜的石子吧，丁日巴！思虑后行善是魔的诱饵。 减少喧嚣散乱吧，丁日巴！如果内在扎根，外在的言说就会瓦解。 向堪能的弟子传授吧，丁日巴！如果心中没有贪执，内在的念头就不会生起。 抓住自己的传承吧，丁日巴！如果内心下定决心，外在的疾病邪魔就会消散。 将无念带入道用吧，丁日巴！顾全面子会变成魔，是散乱的原因。 与人和睦相处吧，丁日巴！世俗的虚假之法没有真实。 舍弃实执和偏袒吧，丁日巴！对佛法也挑剔，是邪见的魔子。 不要依止影像上师，丁日巴！修行人如果破戒，就会失去二种成就。 不要做僧团的导师

Stop, Dingriwa! Put aside the affairs of this life and practice! To suffer losses for the sake of food and clothing, Dingriwa! The divine Dharma is the provisions for the next life, child! Let body, speech, and mind be at ease, Dingriwa! In the realm of accumulating the two accumulations, the six types of beings are precious. Protect with love and compassion doubly, Dingriwa! Do not mix with past and future thoughts. Constantly practice meditation, Dingriwa! Grasping and the grasped are clearly shown as the cause of samsara. Let go of intentional clinging, Dingriwa! Like the waxing moon on the first day of the month. Rejoice and encourage, Dingriwa! Dedicating to Bodhi is a supreme instruction. Obtain it with the vastness of non-objectification, Dingriwa! The behavior of bad friends is contagious. Associate with good friends, Dingriwa! Laziness and negligence are the cause of the decline of diligence. Put on armor, Dingriwa! If the understanding of dependent origination is clear, it will appear. Do not be fond of the sleep of ignorance, Dingriwa! Contentment is a precious treasure. Abandon the slavery of desire, Dingriwa! Study and realization do not increase merit. Abandon arrogance, Dingriwa! Do not say you have time to do good deeds, strive diligently. There is no time to stay, Dingriwa! If you are taken care of by the Guru, and the Guru is extremely pleased. Limitless merits will arise, Dingriwa! Do not think you are a great youth, cut off fabrications. Be full of longing for the Dharma, Dingriwa! Many thoughts of this life are the cause of samsara. Throw away the pebbles of divination, Dingriwa! Doing good deeds after thinking is the bait of demons. Reduce the noise and distraction, Dingriwa! If the root is established internally, external words will collapse. Teach the capable disciple, Dingriwa! If there is no clinging in the heart, inner thoughts will not arise. Grasp your own lineage, Dingriwa! If the mind is determined internally, external diseases and demons will dissipate. Bring non-thought into the path, Dingriwa! Protecting face becomes a demon, which is the cause of distraction. Live in harmony with people, Dingriwa! The false Dharma of conventionality has no truth. Abandon clinging and bias, Dingriwa! To be picky about the Dharma is the demonic child of wrong views. Do not rely on image Gurus, Dingriwa! If the practitioner breaks vows, they will be separated from the two siddhis. Do not be a teacher of the Sangha.

如今丁日哇，若不了解生圆双运，则会转生为鲁扎。若对本尊生起坚定的信心，丁日哇便会给予加持。不要追随迷惑，现在就断除分别念吧。这是要诀的教诲，丁日哇。若不从这里精进修持，成佛的希望就会断绝，丁日哇。让自心自然流露，舍弃造作。抓住根本，就要舍弃造作和不造作。抓住根本，就没有造作和不造作了，丁日哇。若不明白果是自然显现的，就不会有其他的获得，丁日哇。过多的财物是烦恼贪嗔的根源。将过多的享受视为魔，丁日哇。不要骄傲自大，要谦卑。不要舍弃卑微者的精髓，丁日哇。用对治法来平息散乱的分别念就足够了。如同在水中挥剑，丁日哇。如果生起执着于优越的傲慢，智慧就会变成魔，丁日哇。让自心真诚无伪，也以此对待他人。修行人不应欺骗众生，丁日哇。世间的食物和财富是大众共同的。不要执着于我和我所，丁日哇。若能理解一个法，就能断除所有的束缚。舍弃思辨的言辞，丁日哇。生命没有停留片刻的自由。自己将独自离去，丁日哇。珍爱的生命和贫瘠的身体，也会与死主魔相遇，丁日哇。片刻也不愿分离的亲人，也将各自分离，丁日哇。用欺骗和吝啬积攒的食物和财富，都将留在身后离去，丁日哇。与善良有加持的上师相遇，是具缘者积累资粮，丁日哇。辨别善恶，为来世做准备就是现在。不要虚度人生，丁日哇。若没有得到具传承上师的加持，就不会对佛法生起定解，丁日哇。如果心识迷失于外境，没有把握住自心，就要收摄见解和觉性，丁日哇。如果没有积累二资粮，没有清净二障，禅定就不会在相续中生起，丁日哇。如果不能将念头和分别念认知为法身，那么无念也是一种分别念，丁日哇。如果自己的相续没有得到加持，就无法压倒他人的显现，丁日哇。舍弃今生的念头，如法行持善业。衣食自然会来，丁日哇。夜叉男女会制造障碍。

Now, Dingriwa, if you do not understand the generation stage, completion stage, and union, you will be born as Rudra. If you have unwavering faith in the deity, Dingriwa will bestow blessings. Do not follow delusion; cut off conceptual thoughts now. This is the essential instruction, Dingriwa. If you do not exert effort in practice from here, the hope of becoming a Buddha will be severed, Dingriwa. Let your mind flow naturally and abandon artificiality. If you grasp the root, you will abandon both artificiality and non-artificiality. If you grasp the root, there is neither artificiality nor non-artificiality, Dingriwa. If you do not understand that the result arises naturally, there will be no other attainment, Dingriwa. Excessive possessions are the source of afflictions, attachment, and hatred. Consider excessive enjoyment as a demon, Dingriwa. Do not be arrogant or conceited; be humble. Do not abandon the essence of the humble, Dingriwa. It is enough to subdue wild, scattered thoughts with antidotes. It is like striking water with a sword, Dingriwa. If arrogance arises from clinging to superiority, wisdom will descend as a demon, Dingriwa. Let your mind be sincere and genuine, and treat others in the same way. Practitioners should not deceive sentient beings, Dingriwa. Food and wealth in the world are the common property of all. Do not cling to "I" and "mine," Dingriwa. If you understand one Dharma, you will cut through all bonds. Abandon the language of speculation, Dingriwa. Life has no freedom to stay for even a moment. You will go alone, Dingriwa. Even the cherished life and the impoverished body will encounter the Lord of Death, the demon, Dingriwa. Relatives whom you cannot bear to part with even for a moment will separate from each other, Dingriwa. All the food and wealth accumulated through deception and miserliness will be left behind as you depart, Dingriwa. Meeting a good and blessed lama is the accumulation of merit by fortunate ones, Dingriwa. Distinguishing between good and bad, preparing for the future life is now. Do not waste your life, Dingriwa. If you do not receive the blessings of the lineage lamas, you will not generate certainty in the Dharma, Dingriwa. If consciousness is lost in external objects and does not grasp its own ground, you must gather your views and awareness, Dingriwa. If you do not accumulate the two accumulations and purify the two obscurations, samadhi will not arise in your mindstream, Dingriwa. If you do not recognize thoughts and concepts as the Dharmakaya, then non-thought is also a concept, Dingriwa. If your own mindstream is not blessed, you will not be able to overpower the appearances of others, Dingriwa. Abandon thoughts of this life and practice virtue properly. Food and clothing will naturally come, Dingriwa. Male and female yakshas will create obstacles.
