Regarding practice: All phenomena of appearance and existence are one's own mind. The meaning of mind's awareness is the meaning of Dharmakaya's self-existing Mahamudra. Meditate on this once. Then, gather the mind's observation from within and without once, then relax and release, not thinking about anything, not focusing on anything, abiding without any setting, meditating with focus for the sake of seeing without seeing. Even if there is nothing to meditate on as small as the tip of a hair, let the mind abide in its uncorrected nature, without distraction. By abiding in this way, a light feeling of abiding will arise. If you fall into dullness, then you should meditate with clear awareness and distraction together, giving rise to a clear feeling. If the mind wanders in emptiness and various thoughts arise, do not stop the arising of thoughts. Because the thoughts themselves are also the function of mind's nature, if you observe with wisdom, you will not find the place of arising, abiding, and ceasing of the thoughts that arise. Even if there is no basis, abide in the nature of the thoughts themselves. This is also the instruction of co-emergent union that transforms thoughts into the path. Lama Khampa also said: Thoughts are samsara, the absence of arising and ceasing is called nirvana. Then, apart from these arising various awarenesses, vivid, and active thoughts, what is called mind, what is called samsara, what is called mind's nature, or what is called nirvana that is to be taken? Therefore, both samsara and nirvana are also whether or not one realizes the awareness of mind, like the palm and back of the hand. So, when meditating, no matter what kind of thoughts arise, do not determine the object of the thoughts, but observe with the awareness itself that arises the thoughts. When you look at it, if you do not see what is to be seen, abide in that state without thinking about anything, without focusing on anything. This is also the meaning of meditating on the true meaning, this is also the meaning of meditating on the nature of mind, this is also the meaning of meditating on Mahamudra. Therefore, if another thought arises wanting to be better or more excellent, that is the mind of hope and worry, which will become an obstacle. So, when thoughts of hope and worry arise, look with the eye of wisdom, recognize that it has no basis, just like cutting off the root of hope and worry with a shovel. Furthermore, if thoughts about gods and demons, etc., arise suddenly, then gods, demons, ghosts, etc., are all manifestations of one's own mind's thoughts. By observing them themselves, one can recognize

There is nothing to grasp. Because there is no basis, there is no arising or ceasing. It is free from elaborations such as existence and non-existence. Like the sky, it is liberated in its own place, and that is also the fruit Dharmakaya. Remaining in that state without distraction is also the path. Therefore, from the state of the rootless mind itself, there is no harm or harmer. Mara is Dharma, there is no need to be afraid. Make a firm decision that Mara is the path and the fruit. It is also the instruction to take what arises as the path without rejecting it. Furthermore, if obstacles such as not wanting to meditate arise from the firmness of knowledge or from fatigue from meditation, as the venerable Rinpoche said: To make the mind that does not abide, abide; to make the abiding stable; to make the stable one rise higher and higher; if obstacles arise in between, then the means to eliminate the obstacles is to do it with devotion to the lama. Therefore, the mind is compassion for a moment, for a moment. Then, for the benefit of all sentient beings, think that you should practice devotion to the lama. Then, meditate on the lama in the center of the heart, or on the crown of the head. From the depths of the heart, generate the perception of the Buddha, and pray for the purification of faults and the generation of qualities. Then, meditate on all the lamas as they appear for a moment. Again, look at the nature of the mind with the mind, and remain in that state, and meditate in this way alternately in one session. At the time of stopping, all the fruits of virtue, such as the profound meaning I have meditated on, may they not only ripen in myself alone, may all sentient beings equal to myself and space, quickly escape from the ocean of suffering of the three realms of samsara, and become the cause of realizing the Dharmakaya. Thus it is said. Then dedicate to the Buddhas. The object of dedication is virtue. The purpose is sentient beings. The one who dedicates thinks that they themselves are their own mind. Meditate in one session in the uncorrected state of mind. The nectar essence of the oral transmission lama's instructions, although not written in words and letters, is slightly written in letters for the benefit of sentient beings. I ask the assembly of lamas and dakinis for forgiveness. Alas! Due to the power of bad karma, samsara is seen as happiness. Various illusory dharmas are mistaken for reality. Although constantly accompanied, one does not know one's own mind. Body and speech are stolen by worldly affairs. The mind is controlled by attachment and aversion. To such sentient beings.
