Like those poor beings who are without a guide, unbearable compassion arises in the heart, this is compassion. In order to liberate these mother sentient beings from suffering and place them in happiness, generate the intention to attain Buddhahood, put on the great armor, and properly take the Bodhisattva vows. Do not think of your own peace and happiness for even a moment, and do all thoughts and actions for the benefit of others, this is Bodhicitta, which is cultivated in the relative truth in an illusory manner. In the ultimate truth, contemplate that oneself, sentient beings, suffering, and the act of benefiting others, etc., are not inherently existent, and are originally free from the three aspects of arising, ceasing, and abiding. Meditate in three sessions or more each day until a firm conviction arises. Generating Bodhicitta in this way is the key to counteracting hatred. It pacifies the harm of evil spirits, subdues those with hatred, accomplishes the benefit of others, and manifests mirror-like wisdom. Therefore, it is very important to diligently practice this. As it is said: “If the horse of loving-kindness and compassion has no reins, And the rope of benefiting others is not tied, It is difficult to bear the great burden of benefit and happiness, Therefore, diligently practice Bodhicitta.” Thus it is said. Second, the generation stage, contemplating the deity of Yidam: The body, aggregates, elements, and sense bases are all the mandala of the deity, the outer world is the palace, and the inner sentient beings are deities and goddesses. Recognize that everything is originally abiding in union. Now generate conviction and make it firm: Recite the स्वाभाव (藏文:སྭ་བྷཱ་ཝཱ།,梵文天城体:स्वभाव,梵文罗马拟音:svabhāva,汉语字面意思:self-nature) mantra and contemplate that all phenomena are empty. From emptiness, from the syllable པཾ་ (藏文:པཾ།,梵文天城体:वं,梵文罗马拟音:vaṃ,汉语字面意思:lotus) arise various lotuses, from the syllable རཾ་ (藏文:རཾ།,梵文天城体:रं,梵文罗马拟音:raṃ,汉语字面意思:fire) arise a sun disc, and on top of the sun disc, from the syllable ཧཱུྃ་ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:hum) arise the center of various vajras. The ཧཱུྃ་ (藏文:ཧཱུྃ།,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:hum) syllable on the sun disc emits light, accomplishing the two benefits. The light gathers back, and oneself becomes the Bhagavan Chakrasamvara, born together with the consort, with one face and three eyes, slightly bared fangs, with frowning eyebrows, gathering wrath, the body is dark blue, shining like an indigo jewel, the hair is tied in a topknot, with a wish-fulfilling jewel and various vajras at the top.

In order to attain union, visualize pure appearances such as appearing as father and mother. If you feel weary from meditation, a mantra garland emanates from the Hūṃ at your heart. It enters the mother's mouth from your own mouth, and from the secret place, it dissolves into the seed syllable of cyclic existence. Focus and recite: Oṃ Hrīḥ Ha Ha Huṃ Hūṃ Phaṭ (藏文:ༀ་ཧྲཱིཿཧ་ཧ་ཧུཾ་ཧཱུྃ་ཕཊ།,梵文天城体:ओँ ह्रीः ह ह हुं हुं फट्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ hrīḥ ha ha huṃ hūṃ phaṭ,汉语字面意思:Om, Hrīḥ, Ha, Ha, Hum, Hum, Phat). Recite the near heart mantra, root mantra, and so on, as appropriate. When concluding the session, the protective wheel dissolves into the mother, the mother into the father, and the father into the Hūṃ at the heart. That also dissolves into the nāda, and rest without focus. Thus, abandoning both the ordinary clinging to appearances that grasp the vessel and essence as self-nature and the arrogance of clinging to the deity as solely the generation stage, and being certain that appearances are without self-nature, like a reflection of the moon in water, as the body of union, is the completion of the generation stage. By meditating on the generation stage in this way, it becomes crucial for desire. The harm of female demons is pacified, desire is subdued, appearances are suppressed, and self-realized wisdom arises. In short, it is important to diligently practice the generation stage, because one's own body
