I offer the five desirable sense objects. To the countless Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and the mothers of Buddhas; the four supreme deities who embody all the protectors of the Buddha's teachings; and the incarnations of beings, such as Jowo (Atisha) and his disciples, I praise with reverence these infallible objects of refuge. In particular, uniting skillful means and wisdom as the essence of the Dharmakaya, visualizing myself arising as a bindu, I praise myself thus. May the essence of the seven divine dharmas, the essence of the bindu, be realized in this life through your blessings. Then again, visualizing oneself as the two-armed form of Great Compassion, leading all sentient beings who have not been our mothers, prostrating and circumambulating to future beings such as Gyalwa Gyatso (Dalai Lama), and making supplications. Especially, may all the accumulations of merit gathered in the three times be for the benefit of beings and those without refuge, becoming the cause of happiness and the means of sustenance appropriate to each, offered to the deities with clouds of offerings, may they be pleased with the bliss of non-contamination. From the three letters of the three places (body, speech, and mind), and especially from the seed syllable and mantra garland at the heart, streams of light and nectar arise. Purifying the karma, afflictions, obscurations, and habitual tendencies of myself and all sentient beings, may we receive the blessings of body, speech, and mind. Visualizing the heart gradually dissolving, merging inward, performing prostrations, circumambulations, offerings, etc., as before, thinking that all blessings are received. One can recite according to the sadhana of each deity, or it is also permissible to recite the six-syllable mantra for all, as stated in the Kadampa texts. Moreover, in each pore of the body of Great Compassion, the deities of the mandala, Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and others reside. If one examines the Zamatog Array Sutra in detail, it becomes clear that such a visualization is necessary for the most profound method of reciting the six-syllable mantra. Gonpo Serlingpa (Master Suvarnadvipa) also said the same, so it is best to exert effort in reciting only the six-syllable mantra. It is also permissible to visualize that in all the bindus, myself and all sentient beings are simultaneously performing prostrations, offerings, etc. Then, to complete what is lacking, recite the Vajrasattva mantra as much as possible. Perform offerings and praises as before. May all the lamas possessing the three lineages, the deities of the mandala of the yidam Great Compassion, and Jowo and his disciples, those with great compassion,

May this solitary place be accomplished! Through the power of accumulating virtuous collections of the three times, May I and all beings equal to space, Be inseparably held by the three-lineage lama in all lifetimes, And may the pure conduct of the Kadampa tradition be completely fulfilled! Gathering all the scriptures into the path of the three types of individuals, By taming the mind through practice, Entering the gate of the Great Secret, protecting vows properly, May the essence of the union, the bindu of the heart, be accomplished! With the four deities as the body, the three pitakas as speech, Adorning the mind with the three trainings, and the five recollections, May the practice be perfected to liberate all beings, And may I be equal to the Victorious One, the ocean! When practicing the supreme essence of the Great Secret, the bindu of the heart, In a solitary place, May the ninety-two protectors of Jowo, Always help without distraction! By the rays of light from the bodhicitta bindu in one's own heart, gathering all the outer and inner worlds, may they dissolve into the inconceivable bindu. May the fifteen outer bindus transform into bindus of the colors of their respective deities, dissolving into the inner ones, and may one's own Buddha Dharmakaya also dissolve into the three syllables, and the Om (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊) within them. Ah (藏文:ཨཱཿ,梵文天城体:आः,梵文罗马拟音:āḥ,汉语字面意思:啊) dissolves into Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽), and Hum (藏文:ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुँ,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,汉语字面意思:吽) dissolves into the bodhicitta bindu, becoming the essence of the union of method and wisdom. From that nature, may one again arise as the form of the Great Compassionate One, with one face and two arms. May the lamas, the source of all goodness, be auspicious! May the Buddhas, who have realized the three kayas, be auspicious! May the sacred Dharma, which is virtuous in the beginning, middle, and end, be auspicious! May the Sangha, who are pure in the three trainings, be auspicious! Self and others equal, May the precious bodhicitta be auspicious! May the profound yoga of the two stages, the union of method and wisdom, be auspicious! May the teachings of the Able One, the basis of benefit and happiness, flourish in the ten directions, be auspicious! May all beings enjoy the glory of the supreme vehicle's Dharma, be auspicious! Thus, may it be adorned with auspicious words. The essence of the meaning of the scriptures, The heart essence of Jowo and his spiritual sons, Through the yoga of the bindu of the heart, May all beings be ripened and liberated! This is the essence of the practice and recitation of the sixteen bindus.
