No. Establishing the foundation by ascertaining the key points of the body. Seeking the path by ascertaining the key points of the breath. Making it the key point by ascertaining the key points of awareness. Firstly, among the four aspects of Dharmakaya, Sambhogakaya, Nirmanakaya, and the view of non-separation, Dharmakaya is like a lion: the body sits in a stretched posture. The fingers of both hands are curled and placed on the left and right chest areas. The arms are spread out, and the eyes are gazing at the sky. Sambhogakaya is like an elephant: plucking the hairs, the knees and chest are joined. The elbows of the hands are placed on the ground, and the palms cover the throat. Nirmanakaya is like a sage: the knees and chest are joined. Sitting in a squatting posture, the elbows are crossed on the knees. Non-separation is like a vajra: fully enlightened in the vajra posture. Through knowledge, the legs are crossed in the vajra posture, the hands are placed in meditative equipoise. The spine is straightened like a stack of hollow peaks. The neck is slightly tilted, and the head is aligned with the spine. This stops thoughts naturally and binds the breath into speech. One should learn to establish these four key points of the body as a solid vajra foundation, whichever one prefers. Secondly, seeking the path by ascertaining the key points of the breath involves four aspects: expelling, holding, drawing in, and retaining. The first is expelling: it is allowing the breath to go out slowly and as far as possible. Holding: it is not immediately inhaling the breath that has just been exhaled, but holding that state. Drawing in: it is from that state, slowly inhaling the breath. Retaining: it is allowing the breath to naturally remain inside for as long as possible. The horse of the mind is the breath, so grasping the breath is the same as grasping the mind. Because the breath is actually grasped externally, grasping it internally in an invisible way is a wonderful key point. Moreover, slowness is the only thing to be cherished. All deliberate effort becomes an obstacle, but without deliberate effort, following the natural flow, there can be no obstacle, just as there is no obstacle in ordinary natural flow. Having qualities and knowledge arises from understanding the key point of slowness. Therefore, in the key points of cultivating awareness, it is said that only the breath is important. Because all the increase and decrease of appearances depend on the breath. By grasping the breath first, the clarity of appearances increases. When the breath is finally purified and exhausted, the clarity separates from the horse that moves outward, and dissolves inward, becoming exhausted. This key point is very important, and wise people should understand it. Especially when afflictions are strong

Furthermore, when one is born, and when one is unhappy or angry, exhaling outwards with a "Ha" sound leads to self-destruction. When positive qualities such as faith and samadhi arise, keeping them within leads to growth and accomplishment; this is the essential instruction. Third, to make essential by ascertaining the key points of awareness: the key point of the door, the key point of the object, and the key point of awareness. The key point of the door has three ways of looking: Shravakas look downwards in peace, Bodhisattvas look straight ahead, and Tathagatas look upwards. In these, it is crucial to keep the eyes relaxed and natural, acting without effort in a slow manner. Forcing the eyes too much will cause eye pain and tears. Poor eye condition will lead to unwillingness to look. Looking slowly with a relaxed and natural posture will increase the perceived scenery and liberate from faults. The key point of the object is to look at the center of the sky, free from clouds. The key point of space is to not deviate from one place; this is crucial. Looking here and there will cause the object of appearance to not arise. Therefore, focusing on one place is key. The key point of awareness is to not stray to other doors, but to guide clarity from the eyes alone. By focusing unwaveringly on the center of the sky, when thoughts and concepts vanish, whatever appears is untainted, becoming clear like an arrow hitting its target. First, a bright white light appears, then flickering lights, and then five lights appear as self-arising bindus. By focusing the eyes within them, the outer appears as light, the inner is clear and bright, and the middle is without grasping and wavering; these three occur simultaneously. The outer light of appearance is the skillful means of the generation stage, while the inner light of emptiness is the ultimate completion stage, appearing clearly in this way. Awareness then abides in its own place, the nature of the Dharmakaya. At this time, awareness abiding in its own nature is like a king not moving from his throne; the breath is calm, without the disturbance of thoughts and concepts, like ministers imprisoned; the five senses do not stray to other places, and light appears in the sky, like the populace submitting. These three occur simultaneously. Intention is inseparable from the nature of reality, and unobstructed awareness of emptiness and clarity naturally accomplishes the three kayas and abides in itself. This is the manifestation of the teaching as the essence of practice. Therefore, practicing day and night, without hope or fear of samsara or nirvana, the four seasons do not deviate from the nature of reality, and the prophecies of the dakinis, etc., all show the extent of practice.
