It is accomplished by generating the mother deities in sequence, arranging the mandala in sequence, and meditating. The way of completion is that, in the ultimate sense, the deities, male and female, are without arising or ceasing, and the meaning of non-discrimination has not moved from the realm of Dharma. In the conventional sense, the noble form body is also clearly meditated upon, and it is accomplished by meditating equally and without mixing. Furthermore, the way of the Great Perfection is to realize that all phenomena of samsara and nirvana are inseparable and are inherently the nature of the mandala of body, speech, and mind, and then to meditate. As it is said in the tantra: "The limbs of the Vajra heap are known as the five complete Buddhas. All the many sources and elements are the mandala of the Bodhisattvas themselves. Earth, water, eye, and Māmaki Fire, wind, white-clad Tara. The sovereign lady of the sphere of space. The three realms are primordially completely pure." Thus it is said. All phenomena of samsara and nirvana are primordially unborn, because the nature of the illusory manifestations that can act, the Sugata fathers and mothers, and so on, is primordially inherent. All phenomena are the nirvana of their own nature. The five great ones are the nature of the five mothers. The five aggregates are the Buddhas of the five families. The four consciousnesses are the nature of the four Bodhisattvas. The four objects are the nature of the four beautiful goddesses. The four faculties are the nature of the Bodhisattvas. The four times are the nature of the four offering goddesses. The faculties and consciousnesses of the body, the objects, and the Bodhicitta arising from them are the nature of the four wrathful ones. The four extremes of permanence and annihilation are the nature of the four wrathful mothers. The consciousness of mind is the nature of the Bodhicitta Vajra Samantabhadra. The objects, phenomena, conditioned and unconditioned, are the nature of the Dharma-activity mother, Samantabhadri. These are also the nature of primordially manifesting complete enlightenment, and are not accomplished by the path. Thus, all phenomena of the ten directions, three times, and the three realms, such as conditioned and unconditioned phenomena, are not separate from one's own mind. As it is said: "The individual discriminations of one's own mind are the very Buddha and Bodhi. The three worlds are the very same. The great elements are the very same." Thus it is said. As it is said: All phenomena
