如此之境地，见解脱，闻解脱，忆解脱。 凡结缘者，皆为未来佛。 若能领悟其意，即为当下佛。 加持传承之锐利不减，意念相合，则意义传承之智慧转移。 传于后世子孙，使其发扬光大，与全知上师无别。 纵不能如实通达词句意义，若能获得虔诚，亦能转移加持传承之智慧。 拜读此经，胜于词句灌顶之珍宝，他处无有，此乃圆满智慧之力量。 于沮丧、厌倦、恐惧、不悦、痛苦之时，拜读此经，则生大乐智慧。 身心温暖，体验愉悦，觉性清澈明亮，对境之错觉，相遇即灭。 于体验愉悦增长，大乐炽燃之时，拜读此经，则喜悦贪执消散。 无有取舍分别，本元自显之境。 乃全知上师之甚深意旨之显现。 于此生之执着与勤作而痛苦之时，拜读此经，则我执与傲慢消散。 显现宽广，无论如何行事皆可。 无有希冀与恐惧，于平等舍中自在而行。 此乃中观，此乃波罗蜜多。 此乃断境，乃寂灭痛苦者。 乃大手印与大圆满之真实。 一切法皆汇聚于此，超越一切。 若为全知上师之后裔，则永不离此妙经。 可将觉性之永恒伴侣托付于此。 如此究竟之信赖，实为难得。 当下获得安乐，究竟证得佛果。 不为勤作所困，心之执着消散。 快乐时如虎添翼，痛苦时为解忧益友。 如此妙经，真实不欺。 因此，应歌颂吟唱，婉转吟哦。 分段诵读，流畅念诵，并时时观览。 若能永不与此分离，则轮回之错觉将支离破碎。 何时加持传承之证悟要诀转移，则不可言说之智慧将由内而生。 亲见全知法身之上师真容，于安乐之基础上，获得永恒之安乐。 拜读此经，更无其他修持，此乃禅修与实修之精髓。 拜读此妙经之长短，即是安住于法身意境之长短。

In such a state, it is seeing liberation, hearing liberation, remembering liberation. Whoever makes a connection is a future Buddha. If one understands its meaning, one is a Buddha in the present. The sharpness of the blessing lineage does not diminish, and when the mind is connected, the wisdom of the meaning lineage is transferred. When passed on to future generations of children, it is expanded and developed, and is no different from the omniscient guru. Even if one does not fully understand the meaning of the words, if one gains devotion, the wisdom of the blessing lineage will be transferred. Reading this scripture is more precious than the empowerment of words. It is not found elsewhere, but is the complete power of wisdom. In times of depression, weariness, fear, displeasure, and suffering, reading this scripture gives rise to great bliss and wisdom. The body and mind are warm, the experience is pleasant, and awareness is clear and bright. The illusion of objects and appearances disappears upon encounter. When the experience of joy increases and great bliss blazes, reading this scripture destroys attachment to joy. A state of non-discrimination between acceptance and rejection, where the innate nature is revealed. It is the manifestation of the profound intention of the omniscient guru. When suffering from attachment to this life and effort, reading this scripture destroys ego and arrogance. Appearances are vast, and whatever one does is permissible. Without hope or fear, one moves freely in equanimity. This is the Middle Way, this is the Perfection of Wisdom. This is the severance practice, the pacifier of suffering. It is the actual Great Seal and Great Perfection. All dharmas are gathered here, surpassing all others. If one is a descendant of the omniscient guru, one should never be separated from this excellent scripture. One can entrust the eternal companion of awareness to this. Such ultimate trust is rare. One obtains comfort in the present and attains Buddhahood in the end. One is not burdened by effort, and the mind's clinging is destroyed. In happiness, it is an added advantage; in suffering, it is a companion to relieve sorrow. Such an excellent scripture is the one and only truth. Therefore, it should be sung and chanted, and recited melodiously. It should be recited in verses and read fluently, and should be contemplated at all times. If one never separates from this, the illusions of samsara will be shattered into pieces. When the key point of the realization of the blessing lineage is transferred, unspeakable wisdom will arise from within. One will see the actual face of the omniscient Dharmakaya guru, and on the basis of peace, one will obtain eternal peace. There is no other practice than reading this scripture, for it is the essence of meditation and practice. The length of time one reads this excellent scripture is the length of time one abides in the intention of the Dharmakaya.

生！因此不要有太多用功的杂念， 请在放松的状态下阅读这些好的论著。 所说的深奥意义并不遥远， 下定决心，安住在自然的状态中。 不要像难以理解的思辨论著一样， 费力地寻找字句的意义。 请在自然的状态下将论著与心融合， 宽坦、赤裸、纯正是自然而然的。 这就是窍诀，这就是本来的智慧， 这就是全知上师的教言。 这就是所说的，这就是真实的灌顶， 仅仅是这个精华的修持就足够了。 无论是否能解释清楚定义和词义， 无论是否能理解所说的深奥意义， 无论是否能找到意境的深处， 断绝希望和疑虑，在不散乱的状态下观看。 反复观看，与体验融合观看， 论著与心融合，心中增广论著。 在无分别的状态中，喜悦地歌唱， 生起充满信心的光芒，证悟的智慧。 啊呀！这就是精华中的精华， 没有其他像这样甚深的甚深。 这是加持的宝藏，是精华的教法， 是真实的导师，是手持佛陀。 即使在劫中讲述这样的功德， 如果我这小心眼的智慧没有穷尽， 那么其他大智慧者的勇气又会如何呢？ 没有像这样令圣者欢喜的妙道。 啊呀！像这样珍贵的如意宝， 在这个自由自在见到的大好时机， 即使住在轮回中又有什么可悲伤的呢？ 生起信心，为何不能宽坦自在呢？ 心之友啊，请将心放在这部论著上， 在放松的状态中，在这里下定决心。 让行为、努力、杂念的纷扰在这里止息， 让众多论著教言的戏论在这里止息。 悦耳的众多论著有什么用呢？ 深奥的众多口诀有什么用呢？ 繁杂的众多修持有什么用呢？ 是是而非的众多空谈有什么用呢？ 这就是可以放松安睡的禅定， 这就是安心、宽坦、自然解脱， 这就是通晓一部好论著，一切解脱， 这就是百川汇聚的一座桥梁。 安住在自心中，不要向外寻求啊！ 不要抛弃精华而收集糠秕啊！ 不要舍弃无勤而用功修持啊！ 不要抛弃无为而多作所为啊！ 全知者。

The profound meaning of what is being said is not far away, Settle your mind and rest in a natural state. Don't be like those difficult-to-understand speculative treatises, Straining and straining to find the meaning of the words. In a natural state, blend the treatise with your mind, Spaciousness, nakedness, and purity will naturally arise. This is the introduction, this is the innate wisdom, This is the instruction of the omniscient lama. This is what is being said, this is the actual empowerment, Just this essential practice is enough. Whether or not you can clearly explain the definitions and meanings, Whether or not you can understand the profound meaning of what is being said, Whether or not you can find the depths of the intention, Cut off hope and doubt, and view it without distraction. View it again and again, view it by blending it with experience, Blend the treatise with your mind, and let the treatise expand in your mind. In a state of non-differentiation, joyfully sing, Generate the brilliance of devotion, the wisdom of realization. Alas! This is the essence of the essence, There is nothing else like this profound depth. This is the treasury of blessings, the essential teaching, This is the actual teacher, the one who holds the Buddha in hand. Even if I were to speak of such qualities for eons, If my small-minded wisdom were not exhausted, Then what to say of the courage of other great wisdom holders? There is no such excellent path that pleases the noble ones. Alas! Such a precious wish-fulfilling jewel, At this time when you have found the good fortune to see it freely, Even if you remain in samsara, what is there to be so sad about? Generate devotion, why can't you be spacious and free? Heart friend, please place your mind on this treatise, In a relaxed state, settle your mind here. Let the turmoil of actions, efforts, and thoughts cease here, Let the proliferation of many treatise instructions cease here. What is the use of many pleasing treatises? What is the use of many profound instructions? What is the use of many complex practices? What is the use of many "yes, yes" empty talks? This is the meditation in which you can relax and sleep, This is the peace of mind, spaciousness, and self-liberation, This is knowing one good treatise, all liberation, This is the one bridge that gathers a hundred rivers of instructions. Rest in your own mind, don't seek it outside! Don't abandon the essence and gather the husks! Don't give up effortlessness and practice with effort! Don't abandon non-action and do many actions! Omniscient One.
