When the luminosity of awareness dawns in the bardo, it is because of having habituated the practice of the illusory body of the deities. Sixth, the manifestation of the pure land of the self-existing nirmanakaya and the two who show the purification of the pure land after attaining Buddhahood from the lower path, are similar to the manifestation of the sambhogakaya pure land, but the self-existing nirmanakaya arises from the gate of self-appearance spontaneously accomplished, and the pure land of the lower path has the difference of appearing similar to the coarse ones of confused appearance, but in reality there is a difference between self-appearance and other-appearance. Seventh, the ultimate place of liberation, primordial purity, and the spontaneous accomplishment of the ground of uncertainty, the qualities of awareness, essence, nature, compassion, etc., are similar, but there is a difference between whether or not defilements are purified and whether or not they act as the basis of confusion. Therefore, it is important for one's own school to know this difference, and do not speak rudely saying that the result is liberated on the ground. Eighth, the view and meditation of the lower mind and the view and meditation of the direct perception of awareness are similar in name, but there is a great difference in whether or not they appear to the senses and awareness. Ninth, the body of awareness and the deity body of thought are similar only in seeing the deity, but there is a difference in size, permanence and impermanence, and whether or not it is necessary to practice thought. Tenth, the self-arising of the objects of awareness and the various manifestations of confusion are similar only in the appearance of impure objects, but for yogis, they naturally appear as unreal like water moons and dreams and are not bound, while ordinary people have the difference of being bound. Eleventh, the bindu of the luminosity of primordial awareness and the bindu of the rainbow light of holding the wind-mind are similar only in the appearance of emptiness and form, but the bindu of self-nature purity is the appearance of the dharmadhatu awareness, so it is pure, and it temporarily appears between the mandalas of increase, not relying on holding the wind, afflictions and thoughts naturally cease, adorned with pure and self-abiding meditation, while the ten signs of purification of the channels and winds follow the movement of the wind, so there are many increases and decreases and it is unstable, impure, there is a partial decrease, gross thoughts and afflictions clearly arise afterwards, and the moisture of the place is small, etc., the difference is very great. These appear when practicing the Lamdre, the Six Yogas, and the subtle bindus of Guhyasamaja, etc., but the essence of the heart

The mother and the two are like the difference between gold and brass. Twelfth, the realm of liberation is originally pure, and the inner and outer realms of practice are originally pure. Although the two wisdoms are similar in that they are boundless, in the realm of liberation, because the wind and mind are pure, samsara and nirvana abide in original purity. Now, because the wind and mind are not pure, they are occasionally influenced by conditions, unclear and with defilements, which is the difference. Thirteenth, when the inner light of wisdom is nakedly revealed, various appearances and wisdom arise without interruption, and various mental events scatter into various conceptual thoughts. The two are similar in the appearance of mind and thought, but wisdom is not subject to conditions, does not separate from its pure nature, and spontaneous arising and liberation are simultaneous, abiding without distinction. However, arising feelings and conceptual thoughts are distracted by objects, which is the difference between ordinary beings and self-nature. Fourteenth, wisdom is perfected in its own power, and conceptual thoughts scatter to external objects. The two are similar in their external appearance, but wisdom is clear and transparent, direct and without turning back and forth. Conceptual thoughts grasp external objects outwardly, and return inwardly, one after another, so that the grasped and the grasper disappear into self-nature, which is the difference. Fifteenth, the ultimate truth directly taught at the pinnacle of mantra, such as unborn, and the words such as unarisen and unceasing spoken in the lower scriptures depending on a certain viewpoint, are similar in the way they explain the empty-clear, free from elaboration, and self-arisen wisdom. However, here, because the key point is directly hit, the meaning arises from the depths of the heart, not relying on conceptual thought, because conceptual thought has ceased. In the lower scriptures, thinking that the ultimate truth is like that, speculating with conceptual thought is like throwing a dark stone. Therefore, it is taught as the essence of five lights, free from emptiness and darkness. Sixteenth, grasping the key points of the three, object, body, and wisdom, and directly measuring wisdom, and measuring wisdom through the three, metaphor, meaning, and sign, in secret guidance, although the two are similar, the former is like a sighted person measuring a conch, and the latter is like a blind person describing the color of a conch by relying on narration and playing, which is the difference. Thus it is said, in the All-Good Six Realms: The unblemished self-mind, and the self-wisdom without conceptualization, the two are similar, similar, do not mistake them. The unobstructed, deep, clear appearance, and the thoughts and attachments of beings, the two are similar, similar, do not mistake them.
