Two. The body is two hundred and fifty bows in height, and one hundred human years is equivalent to one thousand years of its own life. On the four precious tiers of Mount Sumeru, the Four Great Kings have a body that is one-fourth of a krosha. One hundred and twenty-five bows. Fifty human years are counted as one day, and they can live up to five hundred years of their own age. Asuras have five types: gods of life and wealth, powerful Yakshas, violent transforming demons, killing Rakshasas, and vicious Nagas, and sentient beings are also like this. Body and lifespan are uncertain, and there are many kinds. Humans come from the Clear Light Heavens to Jambudvipa. After living for a long time, they are born from greed and have tall bodies. From transformation to unpleasant sounds, from this, the behavior of cattle gradually flourished. The size and lifespan of the body in Jambudvipa range from immeasurable years to more than 80,000 years, with thirty-two cubits of its own. Later it was four and a half cubits. People with tall bodies are eight cubits tall, and can live for two hundred and fifty years. The body of a cow-walking person is sixteen cubits, the lifespan is five hundred years, and the sound of an unpleasant person is one thousand years, and the body must be thirty-two cubits. In particular, the way sentient beings in Jambudvipa are formed is: a god with meager blessings from the Clear Light Heaven, after coming to this continent, does so again. The explicit saying called "Moon", from which many proliferated. Walking in the sky, possessing light, food is joy, lifespan is immeasurable, and afflictions are not manifested. At that time it is called the first kalpa. There are no villages, the ground is flat and beautiful, there are no sun and moon, no men and women. Everything is transformation, and it is called sentient beings. After a long time, from the void, from what is called "invisible" to what is called "human". After that, lifespan and light decrease, blessings are meager, afflictions are not manifested, but are close to erupting. At this time, humans from other continents proliferate. Jambudvipa is widely known because from Vajrasana north to the Black Mountain, beyond nine snow mountains north is Fragrant Grass Mountain. Between these two is the great Hot Spring, square, with a water surface of fifty yojanas wide, filled with water with eight qualities. The water flowing from the four river mouths in the four directions, the Ganges, Indus, Bokshu, and Sitora rivers. After circling the Matro Spring seven times, it flows into the four seas together with five hundred small rivers.

It falls naturally. From the trunk of the Jambūvṛkṣa tree by the sea, the fruit falls into the sea and turns into gold, equivalent to gold refined sixteen times. It is named because it is adorned with Jambū trees. After that, people indulged in joy, and when their lifespan reached hundreds of millions of years, oviparous birth began to appear. Everyone was born from five-colored light eggs, and the light was seven cubits high, flying in the sky with the wind. After that, when the lifespan reached six million six hundred thousand years, the light diminished, and warm and humid creatures the thickness of arrow shafts appeared, such as wish-fulfilling cows and intelligent steeds. After that, people indulged in desires, and lifespan and wealth gradually decreased. Desires arose again from the wish-fulfilling tree, eating fruits and wearing leaves as clothes. There was happiness when seeing and touching each other. After that, the sexual organs of men and women began to appear, and when they looked at each other, they developed a desire to touch. Cutting down trees caused the wish-fulfilling tree to disappear. After that, due to the decrease in lifespan and merit, they began to eat the essence of the earth, which tasted like honey, and they developed a desire for satisfaction when they laughed at each other. The light disappeared, and darkness appeared due to the control of ignorance. Common karma produced the sun, moon, and stars. There began to be seasons such as day and night. After that, the oil of the land gradually appeared, as well as gardens of sprouts and rice without husks. Due to the coarse food, the channels for feces and urine and the sexual organs of men and women were also fully manifested, and they embraced each other, generating the desire for sexual union. Due to shame, grass huts appeared. All of these before were the Age of Perfection. After that, due to laziness, storage was carried out, and rice also appeared with husks and harvesting. Due to separate divisions, stealing from each other began. At that time, a person of good nature appeared, respected by everyone, and was called the king. This is the fourth chapter on how sentient beings arise, explaining the nature of sentient beings' attachment to food.
